Now Watching: Suburban Commando

How does Christopher Lloyd go from the "Back to the Future" series...to this piece of garbage Hulk Hogan movie? The man must be a giant crack addict, because he ****es himself out to more terrible movies than I care to discuss...

There's a scene were Hogan busts into an arcade, thinks a game is real, and plays it so hard it blows up. Quality entertainment right there.

Immediately followed by Hogan yelling at a girl because she's crying. "My cat!" she exclaims. Hogan looks up to see a cat stuck in a tree, and lowers the the entire branch to help. And...then the girl says "that's not my cat!" and runs away. Hogan, confused, says "oh"...and flings the cat off into the distance.

Wut.

Undertaker was the only part of this movie I really remembered from childhood. Watched it again within the last year or two because I saw it on a NC video. Lloyd did some horrible fucking movies, but getting THAT as a wife really makes this one on of the worse.

Also, he was frozen today bro.

My shit too. When I would go to my grandparents house and have a days to myself, I had a rotation of movies I would watch over and over again

conan one and two

the live action masters of the universe

Red sonja

Terminator 2

Surburban Commando.

hellz yea

Great list.

I watched Suburban Commando about a year ago for the first time since I was a kid, and it's a legitimately funny film. I was shocked to find myself laughing hard at a couple of scenes. And it wasn't "because this is bad" type of laughter, but the movie actually contains some really funny stuff.

No Holds Barred on the other hand... I bought the DVD as soon as it was released and it was a CHORE to sit through. I loved it when I was a kid, but didn't find anything remotely enjoyable about it as an adult, except for seeing Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones having a short scene in it.
