John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler. How? I find out the address to the gyms Triple H and Sheamus work out in, and give them the address. If they suckup enough, they'll get the pushes! lol, well, I'd prefer something like this.
John Morrison
This week Smackdown - Elimination Chamber
With McIntyre possible being injured and there being an IC title match this Friday, I give Morrison the title back in a competitive match. Then enter him into the Royal Rumble. Morrison enters in the first 4 and is one of the final 4 left. The anouncers need to put over his Rumble performance for weeks to come when he comes out. First Smackdown after the rumble, Long anounces six one on one qualifying matches for THE Chamber(I will be there!). Morrison qualifies against....Knox. Next week CM Punk is out with the SES(It is more cult-like at this point, about four or five members. A bald Danielson is one of them!) about to shave someone's head when Morrison interupts. He says he has no problem with people that practice the Straight-Edge lifestyle, but he has a problem with Punk preaching to everyone, and boring us all half to death. Punk can criticize Morrison for enjoying to party in his spare time, that he will never have Punk's success of being a world champion. Morrison with a chair in hand, charges the ring and chases away SES. In the coming weeks, Morrison has matches with Gallows and other SES recruits, beating them all. Two weeks before Elimination Chamber, in Smackdown's opening segment, Morrison wins his match and gets beaten down by SES. Punk comes out and is about to shave Morrison bald when Mysterio comes out for the save. Mysterio/Punk is anounced for later in the night, winner getting an IC title shot after Elimination Chamber. Punk wins with a lot of SES help, Morrison, out for commentary, tries to help Mysterio but the numbers are too much. On the Friday before EC, Punk and Morrison are in a six-man tag match to promote EC(Since both are in the match.), both on seperate sides. Doesn't matter who wins.
Elimination Chamber - Mania
At EC, I'll say it's Morrison vs Punk vs Batista vs Jericho vs Undertaker(Champion) vs Ziggler(Mysterio had his title shot at the rumble.). Morrison is in the match first, he eliminates Ziggler first and he seems to be on fire in this match. Once everyone is in, Punk is very opportunistic and tries to avoid Morrison unless he's been beaten down. Eventually Jericho hits a codebreaker on Morrison, and then Batista Spears him. Punk runs in and pins him. Punk celebrates too much and gets eliminated shortly after. Doesn't matter, but we'll say Batista wins. Go Batista. On Smackdown after that, it's announced that next week Morrison defends the IC Title against Punk. There is a tag match between Mysterio/Morrison vs Punk/Gallows. Punk/Gallows win with outside help and SES beats down both of them with chairs. Early in the Punk/Morrison match, Mysterio comes out with a chair and chases the rest of SES to the back, leaving Morrison/Punk to have their usual awesome 1-on-1 match. Morrison cleanly wins. Punk would blame Mysterio for the loss, setting up their hair vs mask match at Mania. Morrison qualifies for Money In The Bank and wins it, putting on his best match yet, doing some insane spots.
Mania - July
The Smackdown after Mania, Morrison comes out and cuts a promo on how important MITB is to him. He says how he finally gets another shot at being on top, and he gets it whenever he wants. He announces that next week he will defend the IC title against the winner of R-Truth/Ziggler later tonight. On his way to the back Jericho makes his entrance and after they pass each other, Jericho attacks Morrison in a rage(Frustration from losing a big match at Wrestlemania.). Morrison could get pushed off the stage, giving him a leg or back injury. Next week, he faces Ziggler for the IC title and loses in a very competitive match. Ziggler ends up taking advantage of an injury for the win. Later in the night, Morrison brawls with Jericho backstage. This sets up a Jericho/Morrison fued which will last at least two months. Jericho can win most of the matches by cheating, or just showing that he's still a little better. Eventually, Morrison wins the final match in the fued cleanly. From then till July Morrison can have matches and little fueds with all the top heels on Smackdown, getting some big wins, and when he loses against a top star, he still looks VERY competitive. I would also have him appear on Raw, especially if Orton is champ. Let him have some matches on Raw every now and then against their top heels. Orton/Morrison would get him over even more. Just so Morrison isn't "STUPID!" in any matches.
July-Summerslam - The big payoff.
Morrison SHOULD be one of the top faces in the company by now. He's fueded with Jericho and Punk, two of the top heels in the company. I'm sure he's gotten much better on the mic over the last 7 months or so working with some of the best in the business. I would have him come out about a month before Summerslam to announce he's cashing in Money In The Bank at Summerslam(I think it's in LA again, in his home town.). Whoever he cashes in on needs to be one of the top heels in the company(Punk/Jericho again? Batista? Orton?). It's it's Punk or Jericho, they could make it a TLC match, since they've had big fueds already and this would end any remaining issues. Otherwise it's a normal 1-on-1 match. Morrison will cleanly defeat his opponent and become a world champion! Then they should at least let him hold onto the title for 2 or 3 months.
What if Morrison isn't as over as he should be?
1. Morrison should cash in at summerslam un-announced against a bigtime babyface that just won a title ala Hardy/Punk, turning him heel. He can be a GREAT heel. They would have to make him VERY arrogant and cocky. The only downside is we wouldn't see most of the cool moves he does as a face.
2. Have him cash in un-announced against a top heel that just took a beatdown or won a title. Could fail like Punk's first title reign though if they don't do it right.
Dolph Ziggler
I flat out don't see him getting much of a push at all between now and Mania. Maybe he'll sneak into the Chamber match. Maybe MITB. After Mania, I would put the IC title on him like in my Morrison story. I would fued him with all the mid-card faces, having him win decisively. Give him the mic a lot. He is great on the mic. He NEEDS to be on Smackdown every week. Promo or match. If he's not in a match, put him in one on Superstars. They need to shove his greatness down our throats. After he dominates the mid-cards for a few months, give him some matches with main event level faces. He needs to get a few wins, and in loses he needs to be very competitive. If built up right, I would have him win the 2011 Royal Rumble. WWE wouldn't though, so maybe he'll have a shot at the 2011 MITB. The Rumble used to be used to make new stars. I could really see someone like Ziggler, with a monster push, winning it in a year. He could be great, if given the chance.
Well, there are some ideas. Probably not great, but I gave it a shot. Doubt either of them will REALLY break through this year, but we can only hope. On Raw, I would love to see Miz, MVP, and Kofi(If he doesn't mess up anymore.) pushed big too, but I don't see that happening. They will be stuck in mid-card hell!
