If say I get a Teaching Qualifictation. Its a Diploma in Secondry teaching I don't the proper Letering Right now its like a DipEd (Secondary) or something like that. Would that translate into being able to work in the US as a teacher.

I don't know at all.

If I were to guess though, my guess would be that if you could teach in the US, it would only be on a temporary basis. Each state requires their own teaching certificate to teach in their state, and to pass the state's teaching exam to do so. For example, I teach in Missouri, and had to pass the Praxis. If I wanted to teach in Illinois, a state no more than 15 minutes from here, I would have to pass THEIR state test and get certified to teach in Illinois. My Missouri certificate wouldn't matter.

So, final answer is I don't know at all, but guess that it would work for temporary basis, at best.
