No One is Watching TNA's Final Resolution LD

Seriously? SERIOUSLY?? Bro, get off your mark-throne. This PPV started off strong and ended weaker than any PPV I've seen in the past year. At least Survivor Series had a good ending.

Lay off the pipe, Killjoy. You can't defend TNA forever, man. Someday you'll realize that comparing it with WWE stuff does not defend your position. It makes you look desperate to keep your precious company in the positive.
No. I shat all over the Pope/Abyss match didn't I?

I didn't like Survivor Series. It just seemed like half of it was thrown together at the last minute and the main event meant shit the next night. I'm not trying to defend TN, because I do agree the show had a terrible decline after the TLC match. Just because I didn't like Survivor Series, doesn't mean I'm looking for excuses to defend TNA.

Wait... what?

So you're saying Bryan vs. DiBiase was boring? And Kaval vs. Ziggler? Those were solid matches. They were just as solid as Lethal vs. Robbie and Beer Money vs. Ink Inc. Then you've got a Full Metal Mayhem match that is the same stuff MCMG and GenMe have been putting out for the other five matches, so nothing to be excited about there. And what did you expect with Sheamus vs. Morrison? A high-flying war?

Sometimes you amaze me with your opinions and reviews on pro-wrestling.

To be fair, I forgot about the Sheamus/Morrison match. So we have two solid midcard matches for Survivor Series and two solid midcard matches for Final Resolution that I watched because I didn't see the Beer Money match.

It's not like Morgan/Hardy had the worst ending to a world title match this month.

Edge & Christian, The Hardy Boyz, and the Dudley Boyz basically did the same things MCMG and Generation Me are doing and the former were praised for it.

No, it was legit. There was a shot of him stretching his leg when he hit the Carbon Footprint and Hardy never attacked the leg.

What does that have to do with anything? Bookers aside, it's possible to write in "So after you him the CF go down like you tweaked something"

I doubt they did, but

Then why give a review if you missed half of the stuff you're talking about??

Then what was? Survivor Series? You mean to tell us that swerving us with getting Cena fired was a BAD ending?

Edge & Christian, The Hardy Boyz, and the Dudley Boyz basically did the same things MCMG and Generation Me are doing and the former were praised for it.

They didn't have six matches in less than two months with one team always winning. Plus, you said it yourself... it involved THREE teams; not two. At least you could change things up with a third team. Plus, all three teams were established at the time. GenMe is a pimple on the ass of pro-wrestling right now.

Any other bright ideas and excuses, or can I go to bed with a clear conscience now?

Agreed.

I'm still on the fence about whether I believe he was legit injured or not.

The match was just messy, from start to finish. If there was ever a time for outside interference and a brawl to cover up an injury, it was at the end of that match. THEN they could've pinned Morgan and it would've been over.

But the whole thing made no sense. Mogan asks for no DQ so he could take out Immortal by himself, yet none of them come out during the match. The only thing that went against the no dq stip was bringing a chair into the ring. Then, Morgan goes down with a knee injury, Hardy STILL can't handle him, there's a perfectly open window for interference, and they DON'T interfere.

It's almost as if they only interfere in matches when it DOESN'T make sense.

You keep saying the Cena firing surprised you like if it was the first time ever a flagship babyface "fired".

They didn't have six matches in less than two months with one team always winning.
Wade Barrett/Randy Orton

Kane/Undertaker

Sheamus/Randy Orton

They all beg to differ.

Any other bright ideas and excuses, or can I go to bed with a clear conscience now?
I was thinking about putting VCR in a bucket of water and have it turn on automatically at 6 am with my hand in the water to use as an alarm clock. What do you think?

But you guys always turn to comparing it to WWE. No one mentioned WWE. Can we critique TNA without going tit for tat?

Wade Barrett/Randy Orton

Happened twice.

Kane/Undertaker

Happened about six or seven times over the course of the past 15 years. That compares to MCMG/GenMe six times in two months?

Sheamus/Randy Orton

Twice.

They all beg to differ.

Maybe if you add all of those matches togather, yes.

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Kane vs. Edge

Ok, so a solid match turns into a terrible ending because they did a double-pinfall? That leaves room for a rematch.

Morgan/Hardy II was supposed to be the rematch. The whole thing sucked from start to finish and had Hardy winning, once again, with open-ended questions.

These two don't compare. Edge/Kane was CLEARLY the better match.

Just stop.

I thought it was a good PPV.

You ALWAYS do. No offense, but every fucking TNA show has you praising them like they're awesome. Face it, your taste in the product isn't as good as it should be because you're a mark.

I like you and really mean no harm but your radar is way off, bro. How old are you?

That Kane/Edge match was boring from start to finish. Orton/Barrett wasn't much of a match either but I'll still take that one. Edge's matches have been boring for a couple of years now.

And no I won't stop.

Don't want to stoop to your level.

Heavens if I get blasted because I actually thought a TNA PPV was better than a WWE PPV. What is the world coming to?

Not true I there are plenty PPVs this they year that I didn't enjoy that much TP was not as good as I thought it would and I was disappointed with it. Sacrifice was not that good this year, Hardcore Justice was bad. I know I'm a Mark for TNA but I enjoy both TNA and WWE both right now I just enjoy TNA a little more I thought SS was pretty good PPV, and no I don't think you're being mean so no problem. I'm 18 and fail to see how thats relevant to me liking TNA.

That's not my problem.

My problem is that everyone wants to compare. Why can't we treat them like two different entities and television shows and review each of them individually based on their own faults and merits? Every TNA criticism is followed by some moron saying, "Well at least it was better than when WWE blah, blah blah." It's just such a weak argument.

But you guys always turn to comparing it to WWE. No one mentioned WWE. Can we critique TNA without going tit for tat?
All I said was that I thought it was better than Turning Point and Survivor Series. I didn't bring anything else to it.

Happened twice.
3 times actually.

4 times in under 2 months.

3 times with the same winner. Two times with the same exact ending.

Maybe if you add all of those matches togather, yes.
1 > 3.

Because putting Metallica on my ears full volume doesn't seem to do a good job at waking me up.

He's modest. he thinks all shows are good. Even WWE one's. Better than saying they are shit and causing people to freak out.

Turning Point, duh. I feel stupid now. But not as stupid as LJL's views so I won't slit my wrists yet.
