Now that Daniel Bryan is the World Heavyweight Champion, he could be a possible World Tittle defender at WrestleMania:28.

The question that has been going crazy in my mind is who will step Toe-To-Toe with the American Dragon. I have been really excited for Doplgh Ziggler because theres no doubt his head is just banging on the main even scene. I was thinking about Dolph Ziggler vs Daniel Bryan at WM 28, and figured ITS NOT SUCH A BAD IDEA!!!

If any one of you guys remember back in 2010 BRAGGING RIGHTS PPV, they stole the show in a 5-STAR MATCH, and then did it again the following night on RAW, and yet again the following Smackdown.

We already know they will blow the roof off with their wonderful excellent in-ring wrestling skills.

Why not have Dolph Ziggler win the 2012 Royal Rumble, then choose to face D-Bryan at WM for the championship. They can feud from RR all the way to WM. They are obviously reperesent the ''NEW GENERATION'' of the WWE. or even wrestling as a whole. So why not present the new generation on the ''grandest stage of them all''

I think sheamus should wrestle him bcuz they were supposed to last year and they got bumped from the line up. It would just show how far the two have come since a year! if not sheamus than wade barret, whom I think they will choose bcuz of his recent push and their history together. both would be great matches and im not opposed to dolph ziggler either as i think that match has potential to steal the show!

Daniel Bryan v. CM Punk to Unify the World's and WWE titles. They don't need two separate rosters, nor two top champs. Plus, it could be the battle for the title of BEST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD. Turn Bryan heel and let him work his magic; he and Punk could have awesome battles on the mic AND in the ring.

I like Ziggler too, but I wanna see him break out over the summer; maybe put him up against Orton or Sheamus at WM (preferably Sheamus bc I'd rather Orton face Taker...and win)

I would love to see Ziggler vs. Bryan again. Bragging Rights 2010 was an awful PPV but those two put on one of the best WWE matches in recent years.

I love the idea of a Punk vs. DB match at Mania but I don't think the "brands" will be unified by then. That being said I still don't think the WWE is sold on DB being able to headline Mania, if he does make it through Elimination Chamber with the title then I could see WWE booking a triple threat for the World title with some combination of Barrett, Sheames, Rhodes, and Orton.

I love the idea of Ziggler vs Bryan at mania but you're over looking the most obvious choice. Bryan vs Barret will be the the match should Bryan carry the title into Mania. His Barret Barrage started with Daniel Bryan and he has become a major heel that will get a lot of heat against the face Bryan. Not to mention that the barrage seems to have no point unless it leads to a match at Mania.

I agree with Daniel Bryan vs Wade Barrett being the logical choice. They broke into NXT and the WWE together. Wade was furious that Bryan was carrying around a briefcase he felt should have been his. I think this would be a great feud leading into Mania. This assuming Bryan is still champ and Barrett wins the Rumble.

However if I could choose anyone on the roster to face DB at the big show it would be William Regal in his last run. Title vs Career, and old concept that never seems to get old. Although, if I had my way, this match would be at next years Mania. I don't think they'res enough time to build this match right, and I don't think regal is in good enough shape. Next year, if it were to happen, this match could be a MOTY candidate.

Well the i think the WWE is trying to plant the seeds for a Bryan v Big Show Feud thats what i think the WWE is gonna pull the trigger on that. I would like to see Bryan v Cody Rhodes, in my opinion they could steal the show.

bryan v christian (surely christian HAS to be back in a big feud picture, and i think these two would pair really well together)

bryan v ziggler (incredible bragging rights match last year, another classic in the making, and it would be an easy story to build with ziggler being show much more "classy" than bryan)

bryan v miz (we all know the history they have had, and it just seems that he is no where atm, but unlikely)

bryan v jericho (i know its out there, but if they can have a classic match on nxt, surely they can steal the show at wrestlemania)

i am hoping for bryan v jericho for the WHC and miz v punk v ziggler for the WWE title at wrestlemania. i know another obvious choice is barrett, but he should feud with sheamus, surely this would be great

Now I answer your questions.

I agree it was a great match at Bragging Rights 2010, but only this year. I say this, because the place is going to be packed anyway with The Rock and Cena and Taker. If it were any other year, I wouldn't agree until I knew Ziggler could sell it out.

2)If not who would u have face DB at WM?

I would have him face one of his fellow peers that has paid his dues, has wrestled everywhere, tipped a stripper with a Fillet O'Fish and proved to everyone he was the best. I'm of course talking about CM Punk.

3) Do you even think DB will hold the tittle that long?

No I don't think he'll be holding the title that long. I firmly believe in walking into Wrestlemania as the World Heavyweight Champion, but I'm not very sure that the WWE does. I think they're relying on Randy Orton for that at the moment. I remember a very long time ago, it was rumored Randy Orton would face Del Rio at Wrestlemania for the World Heavyweight Championship. I don't know whether this has been jossed or not, but that's what I'm thinking is going to somehow happen. It is unlikely, because they're on opposite brands. But say that they decide not to do so, then I think there's a pretty good bet Daniel Bryan or Sheamus is walking into Wrestlemania as the World Heavyweight Champion.

Daniel Bryan vs. Ziggler would be great. Bryan vs. Barrett seems more on the money, at this point, though. maybe a 6 pack challenge that had been rumoured for the past Survivor Series and then TLC. It could be WHC. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett vs. Mark Henry vs. Sheamus vs. Christian. Bryan could say he wants to prove to the entire SD main event scene that he is the best. But I think Wade Barrett would walk out with the title.

Big Show wouldnt be in it because I figure he may end up with a match against Shaq. And, Rhodes I think may end up facing his brother Golddust in a match, INC. title vs. Career match.

Let me start off that I am "very high" on both of these guys right now. Along with C.M. Punk they are my top 3 performers in wrestling right now. That being said, I definitely think that Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler would be an amazing match at Wrestlemania.... Just not this Wrestlemania. While these two have already put on some amazing matches [Bragging Rights '10 anybody?] I think it's too soon and would be too rushed for them to be blowing off any roofs at Wrestlemania. I say give it one more year and let them perfect a main event match for Wrestlemania XXIX. I still think they need some room to grow or at least to prove that they can tow the line so to speak in some more main event matches first. Not to say that if they had a match at this coming year's 'Mania it wouldn't be amazing... I'm pretty sure it would be. Like I said, if/when this happens I want it to be one of those matches that people talk about for years to come and I don't see that happening without some more World title match main events under their belts.

I don't see it happening, neither has made a huge name and isn't going to draw more casual fans, and hardcore fans already are watching WM.

Who should? Y2J, Returning Mark Henry (Ya, he's not big name either, but hes more recognizable), Heel Big Show, Christian, Wade Barret, RKO

DB holding through 2 ppvs on his first run? I kind of hope so, it'll bury him to Swagger status is he loses it quickly, but EC is a legit place to lose a world title and not look weak.

Not having Orton in a World Championship match three years in a row at WM isn't likely. It wouldn't have much build up, but I think Orton and Bryan could have a awesome match.

Well, Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler are two unproven main eventers, sure, but it's not like Wrestlemania really needs more main events this year. Undertaker vs whomever, Punk vs whomever, and Cena vs Rock are going to sell the PPV this year. You didn't say in your post what you wanted instead of DB vs Ziggler, but, I doubt even the biggest fanboy of any wrestler would look at the card, and say "Wait, RKO's not wrestling for the WHC this year? Screw this, I'll watch Family Guy."

I'll agree with everyone else that this would be a great match, and that, if DB proves to be a decent champion until WM, one they might pull the trigger on. These two tied with Shawn Michaels and Undertaker for the best match of 2010 (on wwe.com), so someone up top recognizes how talented they are. With all the star power in this year's WM already, WWE might be willing to "risk" this match, just for a solid 15 minutes of pure wrestling, and to demonstrate to the audience that these two guys deserve to be in a (relatively) high profile match on Wrestlemania.

I believe D-Bry will hold the title 'til after WM.

That being said, I believe that he has 2 match choices:
- A singles match with Orton (that'll put Bryan very over!)
- A triple threat with Orton in it (the other one could be Barrett or Sheamus winning the RR)

Orton has to be in the match so that Bryan can come out believable from WM!

Daniel Bryan vs Dolph Ziggler at WrestleMania: The pros to this are obvious: Ziggler is a huge talent that could use the main event WrestleMania spotlight, and Bryan could use a great opponent to solidify his title run. However, Bryan still has to make it the next four months with the World Heavyweight title, and in that time we should know whether he's worthy of the championship.

This year is actually the perfect time to do something like this. Rock/Cena is a huge main event that is going to sell the card no matter what. If Punk/Jericho happens, there's another match that many will buy just to see. Those two blockbusters alone, regardless of another Taker match will sell Mania, giving them a chance to do something risky with the World title picture. Ziggler/Bryan isn't a card-selling bout. Maybe in a few years it could be, but your'e not going to put your Mania eggs in their basket, so to speak... So with the security of other huge blockbusters, this is likely the only chance WWE will get to hold a Ziggler/Bryan match on such a large stage.

On the other hand, I really want Ziggler's first World title reign to start with more of a bang. I love DBD, but I don't have enough faith just yet that he could garner a solid enough face reaction to give Ziggler's probably title win enough importance. It's no knock against the champ, but I'd rather see Ziggler go over a John Cena, Randy Orton, or CM Punk in the future to win the title.

I definitely think that Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler would be an amazing match at Wrestlemania.... Just not this Wrestlemania.

This about sums it up for me. I would love to see these two tear it up on a big stage such as Wrestmaina; however neither one are yet ready for that. Daniel Bryan needs to be against someone who has been in the main event for a while now and Ziggler has never truly tasted a consistent main event run. He needs more time to get himself over with the crowd and become a potential threat to either the World Title or WWE Championship. Personally, I'd rather see Dolph stay in the undercard with a match against Orton or someone credible to help launch his harder push. After Wrestlemania, put him in a feud with John Cena to help get him over more. But there's no way two guys who haven't lasted long in the main event scene have a match against one another at Wrestlemania.

I'd rather see Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus. Like someone stated before, they're match a couple of years ago was booted off the card because of time. It would be a magnificent story and truly show just how far these two have come over the years. I would prefer a Daniel Bryan heel turn as Sheamus is way too over to turn heel at the moment but I could really care less. Daniel Bryan has proved before he can hang with the big boys, Sheamus would be a great opponent for Bryan. Right now, Ziggler and Bryan main-eventing together would seem too much like an midcard match rather than a World Heavyweight Championship match.

At 'Mania i think a triple threat between Orton, Bryan and Ziggler for the WHC would be ineradicable. Ziggler and Bryan have had great matches in the past and including Orton would help sell the match as a credible main event for Wrestlemania.

Like others have said, this would be a great match for next year's show. Bryan absolutely deserves to be in the World Championship match this year. He was originally meant to cash in there, after all. Ziggler is VERY close, but it just doesn't feel like the right choice at the moment. Do it next year or Summerslam because they should be ready by then.

Sheamus comes to mind. They were supposed to have a match last year and missing out on that was one of my biggest issues with Wrestlemania 27. Then you have guys like Christian who will be looking for a match as well. Christian VS Bryan would steal the show like no one else on the current roster could hope to. Barrett may be another option, the two have history going all the way back to the forming of Nexus.

3) Do you even think DB will hold the tittle that long?

Definitely. I think he will hold onto it at the very least until Extreme Rules or Over the Limit. Bryan was meant to cash in at Wrestlemania originally and he only got the title early so that Henry could take time off for injuries. He deserves to still get his original push alongside this current one.

I really think that the WWE will make him lose it at the Elimination Chamber ppv and it will be a triple threat match between him, the new champion and the royal rumble winner (predicting a SD star will win it)

Depends on who is in the match. Bryan VS Sheamus VS Christian would be an amazing match. Bryan should then win his title back if they go this route. It really would come down to who is in the match and who they'd book to win it. That could be rather awesome, or it could be really dumb.

So, what is your reaction towards Bryan's title win? Has it come too early? Did he really deserve it?

He 100% deserves it. I am legitimately very happy for Daniel Bryan finally obtaining WWE's World Championship, a goal for nearly every wrestler in the entire world. Bryan worked so hard to get to where he is. However I do feel that it came too early. They could just as easily have kept the title on Big Show until Elimination Chamber then had Barrett or Christian win it for Bryan to cash in on at Wrestlemania. As long as he walks into Wrestlemania still the World Heavyweight Champion then I will be happy.

Yeah Dolph being in the world title match against Bryan is such a terrible idea... NOT

I mean, look at who was in the world title match just earlier this year in Alberto Del Rio. And quite honestly, he did really well. Ziggler was involved in one of Vince's WM Celebrity bouts which puts him in a nice place for gaining more recognition from outsiders. Not to mention, in 2011 alone, Ziggler has put on some of the best matches with EVERYBODY he's been in the ring with. He made John Morrison's last month in WWE look somewhat decent, and that's a further testament to how good the guy is at his job. Not to mention, if rumors of Big Show facing Shaq are true and if Henry's out for too long, then there won't be anybody else BUT Ziggler that stands as a viable opponent.

Not to mention, I seem to recall a certain former Reality Star headlining his third WrestleMania and DEFEATING the poster boy of WWE, in his first WWE title reign without any proven history of him being a true WrestleMania draw. And you think that WWE wouldn't try and find other stars not capable of such an accomplishment? You must be more delusional than anyone who claims racism isn't around in today's society.
