New Rule On Name Changes

There's going to be an unofficial character limit on how long names will be. It won't be incredibly short but if your name stretches the screen out to a ridiculous length I'm going to deny it. There won't be any sort of penalty for requesting a name too long but I'll tell you to pick something shorter.
