Well. If you look at the title on his shoulder you will see it is the Texas Hwt championship. That means the wrestler was working for WCCW at the time of the photo. Since it was WCCW I recognized the masked wrestler as The Punisher. Mark Calaway( The Undertaker ) was the punisher.
