I remember rockin' the old proxies back on the computers at my high school so we could download music. Good shit.
I also remember my mom putting on parental locks onto my AOL screenname. Remember when everyone actually paid for AOL's service? Does anyone still do that?!
I used to just waste hours of my time on AOL chat rooms, I used to be huge in RPing in there. Even had our own little community similiar to the WZ one but made up of Final Fantasy and Harry Potter fans. I miss those days man.
I'll continue to talk to you as long as none of you have LARP'd before. If you have, then we can't be acquaintances any more.
Hell yeah Harry Potter RPing, you have to remember though that I was like 13, 14 years old. We had a shit load of fun though, used to RP for hours with a bunch of people. As a 13 year old loser it was awesome, made a lot of friends some of whom I still talk to today years later.
Haven't RPed in a long time though, I used to be wicked into it. It really wasn't even about Harry Potter, it was more just like RPing being a teenager but taking place at Hogwarts instead of an average high school. It really wasn't very much about magic or anything at all, just a bunch of kids the same age fucking around and have fun.
And Wes I must've had like atleast ten different accounts get banned, I remember how pissed my mom used to get at me for that. Violating the AOL "TOS" was a death warrant back then, if you flamed someone in a chat room you didnt get banned from that chat room, no, THEY TOOK AWAY YOUR WHOLE DAMN INTERNET, rofl.
I LMAO'D AT THIS IRL.
AOL sucked back then. I could never figure it out. I was 5, but whatevhs.
Flames Out
Dragon
Way to make me feel old as shit ED.
Xfear and I are so alike. We both sell drugs out of the back of our Lincoln, play America's Army, and do Harry Potter like roleplaying. Dude. Awesome.
