Has anyone attended a live UFC event? UFC is coming to my town in July, & I'm going to try & go, but I'm just curious how much different things are live vs. watching from home, what I can expect, etc. Also where in general are the best seats (aside from right outside the octagon obviously)?

I haven't gone but my mate went to the UFC when Rousey lost her belt. He said while you have to attend one if you like UFC, he wasn't disappointed with how different it was from tv. On tv you get to see the tale of the tape and hear Rogan or whoever is commentating talk about them. When a match is finished and on tv it's an ad or waiting for the next fight, the arena lights dim out and you're just sitting there almost in almost dark room, not much entertainment when they are doing nothing for a lot of it. He said he probably wouldn't attend another one and would just rather watch it on tv.

Yeah I looked at what Dana said and apparently it was for failing to show at a press conference officially. Which could be because he's retired, or could be because of something like you've suggested.

I've heard a lot about Connor drinking heavily and doing drugs between fights. Would be super sad if that's really what's up.
