MMA in the Bar room!! *In memorium of JMT and TDigs' thread*

He's got Jones vs. Cormier II as his main event... so he'll tell McGregor to fuck off.

I was a bit premature but I read Conor's tweet saying he is back on UFC 200 and thanks to Dana and everyone else who made it happen. Glad to hear it was just McGregor running is mouth again.

The trash talk from Joanna and Claudia is the best.

Claudia telling Joanna she needs a fist in her vag to stop being a bitch is the funniest line of all time.

I dunno the DC/Jones feud seems so plastic.

It just looks like they are trying to sell the fight by trash talking. They both wanna win but this is a task in promotion.

I just saw the report on the main page about Brock coming close to fighting at UFC 200.

Personally, I can see Vince signing off on it. He needs a boost and allowing Brock to return to the UFC for one night only (and hopefully win) could do wonders in that regard, plus there's the cross promotional money to be made.

I actually think Vince would be stupid of Vince to not let Brock do UFC 200, and in exchance, Dana lets Vince have Conor or Ronda for WrestleMania. That's what I would do if I were Vince, and if I were Dana, I'd agree as long as Conor or Ronda was going over.

Just checking: Bisping winning the title is the UFC equivalent of Christian winning the title, probably with the same number of successful defences, right?

I'm genuinely very happy for him - I just don't see it lasting.

Just watched Bisping Vs. Rockhold.

Rockhold took Bisping very lightly and did barely defend himself. On the other hand, Bisping was focused enough.

Brock will be using his WWE music at UFC 200.

Seriously, UFC 200 was going to be a crown jewel for them, and it's just been a disaster trying to get things lined up.

I feel bad for Cormier. He had a chance to show he could beat Jones and now there's a very good chance he'll never got to face him again.

Fuck. Now DC is going to shit talk for even longer.

WWE should've put the title on Brock. Could have had the WWE Champion main event the biggest UFC of all time (assuming it still makes it. Lesnar is still going to draw huge along with Tate defending, Aldo/Edgar and the chance to see Cain wreck Travis Browne).

Never, ever get hyped for a fight before the fighters are actually entering the cage.

That being said, there's not a fight on this card that I don't want to see, so you'll find me at the bar at 7pm on Sunday, behind a pile of energy drinks and a shitload of chicken wings.

Big after fight party?

You are aware the fights are on Saturday, not Sunday right?

Don't miss McGregor/Diaz press conference tomorrow. McGregor likely to be talking all kinds of shit about the UFC 200 main event being cancelled.

Promo of the year incoming.

I am aware the fights are on Saturday; my phone's autocorrect, not so much. Don't even know how it got 'Sunday' from 'Sa', but here we are.

Which doesn't necessarily imply that I won't be at a bar on Sunday night as well, behind aforementioned pipes of wings and energy drink.

Eddie Alvarez is da gawd!

Alvarez vs. Diaz for the title once Nate finishes McGregor yet again.

Edit: With the announcement of Anderson fighting DC we should all remember he hasn't won a fight since 2012. It's been 45 months since he beat Stephan Bonnar. The last contender he beat was Chael back at 148 when the fucker grabbed his shorts repeatedly and hit him with a knee to the body which went awfully close to the head.

Pleasantly surprised that Eddie won. He has had some super close fights since he came to the big leagues, so to finish dos Anjos was nice.

If only Nurmagomedov could stay healthy.
