MLB Week 5 LD

[Megatron]

It's been a few weeks since I've done one of these, mainly because my Internet connection has been shit and I've been busy. But oh well, let's kick off May with a MLB LD.

The Tigers are currently tied at 2 with the Indians. Justin Masterson has pitched pretty well after a sluggish first two innings. Phil Coke has put himself in some trouble but only got hit around in the 2nd.

And the Indians have let a popup land right in front of home plate. Let's take advantage of this, please.

Ugh, another rough loss. Had the lead yet again, but we continue to find ways to lose. This time, our heavily paid FA Joaquin Benoit gave up a one run lead and the Tigers rally in the top 9th ended with Boesch popping up. Tough stretch. Hopefully JV can finally end the slide and we get our big bats going soon (like Magglio, Jackson, and V-Mart when he comes off the DL). It's only may, yes, but it's always frustrating to see late leads getting blown. We had chances in all 3 games and gave away each one.
