Mick Foley and Ted Dibiase on OTR

Here in Canada there's a show called Off the Record and right now Mick Foley and Ted Dibiase are on talking about The Wrestler and their thoughts on it. I just think it's cool because it's a stricly Canadian show so I like it when popular stars come on these shows.

I'll post again with what they said. Right now the host is interviewing them both talking about The Wrestler and later he's going to talk about Ted's kids in wrestling and why he would let them.

It was in 1992 that Dibiase realized he was going down the wrong path and stopped himself. He said he was involved in drugs, alcohol, and adultery. He also warned his kids of the feeling of the roar of the crowd when you walk through the curtains. He said it was like a drug.

His sons mike, ted, and bret are involved in wrestling and he said the reason he changed his stance on them joining wrestling was because the culture in wrestling today is much better. They aren't on the road as much as before and the drug testing is better. So he felt more comfortable in letting them join the profession.

Mick Foley told a story about talking to his son and joked with him and said, in a year or two legacy may be looking for another member and his son just laughed. Mick then said that if his son ever said that he would be interested in becoming a wrestler, he would give him cautionary tales.

That's all the stuff I got, but I had to miss the ending because I had to go out, much to my displeasure. Hopefully I can find the episode online somewhere and maybe you guys can too.

that certainly is, good for you, have a cookie.

Normally I don't watch OTR, I can't stand Michael Landsburg. If I come across that episode thou I might have to put up with him and watch.
