Velvet Sky is apart of one of, if not the greatest, women's wrestling stable in history. She's collected a few championships in her time and for an extremely good-looking girl, she can wrestle. However, she seems to be remembered more for her body than her accomplishments, something you can't say for Trish.

Stratus is a record-holding 7-time women's champion, a Hall of Famer and one of the most popular women in professional wrestling regarding North America. She was also apart of one of the best women's storylines in history alongside Mickie James.

There are too many accolades for Velvet to overcome here. Unless this was a Bra and Panties match, the outcome would be different but since this is a regular wrestling contest, Trish has this one in the bag.

 

[Lowdown]

Chances are Velvet would've went far in this tourney. But this matchup against Trish halts her significantly. Vel Vel had improved over the years in the ring, and she's still a looker, but this is no contest. Trish would wrestle circles around Velvet, and that's without the seven championships. Hate to see Velvet go out like this, but Stratusfaction is far superior to the Pigeons.

Similar paths into the business, more hired for their looks than ability but Trish became an excellent in ring talent whereas Velvet still requires talent across the ring to look competent. Trish should breeze past Vel Vel here.
