Wow, im in shock, never did i expect this to happen, i expected a heel cena turn, but i have to say im happy with this.

It's about damn time!

I MTFO when he came out, and threw my hands up when he won. I was so afraid that he'd be the first MITB winner to lose his cash-in, but I think the time was right.

The kid's good, he has talent, can talk, can wrestle, I think that the Age of Awesome is going to be a great time for WWE... esp if Cena plays his "fired" angle for another month or so, and Orton takes 2 weeks off from in-ring action to sell his injuries.

well, miz is a better champion that barrett would be. However, him winning it solely off of Orton's bad knee due to Nexus, is no different than Barrett winning. Only good thing about Mmiz winning the belt is that he is not part of Nexus. For now at least.

Definitely not the ending I expected, but I did think it once Nexus attacked Orton that Miz's music would hit and he would cash in there and then being revealed as the leader of Nexus. But I do have to say in the word of the Miz that was AWESOME!

It's way too soon for the Miz's title reign...This will be another Swagger-esque title reign where nobody barely remembers it a year from now. Miz seriously needs a new finisher though...The SCF has to be one of the worst finishers of all time. It just looks pathetic. I'm sure the smarks will be jizzing themselves to death over this one for some reason. The MITB has made the value of the world titles even less imo. Miz is great on the mic but still needs to get a LOT better in the ring to be taken seriously as a real champ.

Raw is now AWESOME. I knew the instant that it was announced that Miz suffered an anxiety attack that he was cashing in tonight. I waited each passing second, hoping and wondering if he would cash it in. And then he did. I marked the fuck out, I'll admit. When Orton was putting up a fight, I felt like he might just lose the match. But Miz turned it around and won the match, and the WWE Championship. Damn, he looks good with that title. I can't wait to see what happens next.

The Miz is the WWE Champion, and that's Awesome! Really? Really!? REALLY.

Congrats to the Miz. I marked out when he reversed the RKO into the SCF. Guy's a hard worker who deserves this. Also, they had to have him win by cashing in MITB at some point, else the Briefcase loses some cred. Is that the longest it's been since winning and cashing in? I LOVE IT, Miz has been called the next John Cena well it's time to see if he can be.

You have to have Miz get a win over a few top contenders to legitimize his run as WWE Champion, I believe he needs wins over Randy Orton (probably twice), Wade Barrett, and yes even over John Cena to not be a Jack Swagger fly by night get a couple wins and boom he is heard from no more in the title picture.

I am a huge mark for the Miz so I am definitely excited for this and hope the WWE does the Miz right on this one. Congratulations Mike Mizanin!!

I figured this would happen as soon as Nexus attacked Orton but I didn't beleive it untill I heard his music hit. I am by far the biggest Miz Mark on WZ. When I heard his music, I started running around the house jumping up and down. I will not be able to sleep tonight, I am so happy. I have never gotten this excited ever over a title win from my favorite superstar. I had goosebumps the whole match. 4 years ago I talked to Miz after an OVW show and told him he was going to be a top star one day. That day has come. So the Miz just cashed in after Randy Orton was beat down before his match with Wade Barrett and then wrestled said match with Barrett. After his match Miz came out and cashed in his MITB Case and defeated Orton. Orton had some good offense even tho he was on one knee. My thing now is.... WHATS NEXT!!!!! Already a big surprise tonite with the title changing hands.... so now do we have a Miz, Orton, Barrett feud with Cena doing these run ins or is it going to be a Miz vs Orton feud, (which i could see being something good)? I was in total shock and I had goosebumps the moment the Miz's music hit. I had a feeling he would finally achieve his dream after years and years of reaching, clawing, kicking and scratching his way to the top. I thought of him stuttering and embarrassing himself on Smackdown! when he hosted the diva's search competition. I remembered him in his short feud with Cena when I couldn't stand the guy and wanted him to go. He's come a long, long, long way since then and this title win was well deserved and you could see the passion and the fire and the look in his eyes: the Miz made it.

As soon as Orton was attacked, I knew this would happen. I am disappointed. I don't want to call the Miz over-rated, but putting the tile on him is not roght, in my opinion. He held the US belt for a long time, but rarely defended it; he barely wrestles period. I forgot what he looked like in wrestling gear. I will say that WWE actually having the title change hands on Raw and not a pay-per-view was nice, but now we get to see the WWE title on Miz's shoulder as he comes out in his Express gear and give the same promos he always gives. Sorry for going off, I just think the champion of World Wrestling Entertainmment should actually wrestle on a daily basis. This is a cheap shot, but I can't help myself, the Miz better not let Alex Riley drive home after they celebrate.

Better than an AA isn't saying much. He just needs a move that looks more devastating. I saw the same move from ol JJ a decade ago and I wasn't impressed then either.

I really hope this reign is better than Swagger's. The last thing the E needs is another crappy title reign where the champion floats back down to mediocrity.

Epic cash-in, although it was hinted at pretty hard... Orton guarantees that Barrett won't leave Orlando the WWE champion (never saying who exactly will leave as champ)... then Miz is out w/ anxiety... plus anyone that watches the clock knew that there were 8+ minutes left in Raw's extended tv slot after Orton pinned Barrett... still exciting and very well done though.

Anybody else think it follows that we'll see Miz vs Orton at TLC, and Barrett will finally go 1 on 1 with Cena? I think Miz taking the title from a vulnerable Orton tonight is as clear an indicator as any that Cena is not "fired" for storyline purposes and we won't see him miss any upcoming PPV's, because now Orton is occupied with Miz and Barrett is the third wheel. I really can't see them doing a triple threat...but it wouldn't be the biggest surprise as of late...

That was truly Awesome! Ive not been so excited watching Raw since I was kid. I just hope he gets a good Run, hopefully starting with a feud with Randy as no doubt Cena will get hired back by way of some bizarre stipulation leaving him and Barret to feud. I also think keeping Barret out of the Miz/Orton feud is the right thing as Miz/Barret confrontations would produce crowd reactions that force a Miz face turn and I dont want that...yet.

This is the first time Ive sat up to watch Raw (til 4pm) and been glad I did.

wow i can say i seen this coming soon as alex riley fought for the king of the ring qualify match and there was a wwe championship match later in the night but all in all good cash in the miz deserved it
