Just then the crowd pops as Ty appears in the crowd and hops over the railing. He surprises Showtime and sends him sprawling across the outside. With the referee's attention diverted to the brawl outside, Reynolds hits a low blow on Barbosa and Barbosa crumbles to the ground. He lifts him up with a backbreaker uranage, sending Barbosa back first into Reynolds' knee. Reynolds stares down at Barbosa before climbing to the top rope. He jumps up with a beautiful moonsault, connecting right on top of Barbosa. He hooks the leg but the ref is too busy trying to get Ty and Showtime out of the ringside area. He finally turns around and begins the count, 1....2...Barbosa kicks out! Reynolds sits up with his head in his hands before banging the mat in frustration. Meanwhile Ty and Show have continued their battle on the outside. Showtime takes advantage by sending Ty shoulder first into the post, but Ty counters with a straight kick to the midsection and a flying knee. In the ring Barbosa staggers up and Reynolds hits a roaring elbow, stunning Barbosa. Ty jumps up onto the apron readying a flying attack at Showtime, but Reynolds goes to bounce off the ropes and runs right into Ty, knocking him to the outside and forcing Reynolds to stumble towards the center. Barbosa recovers in time to lift Reynolds up and hit the Doppelgänger! He covers him, 1....2....3!

Anderson: Here is your winner, Barbosa!

Cohen: Ty just screwed Reynolds!

Connor: That was a pure accident and you know it Cohen.

Cohen: Then why did Ty bother coming out here? If he didn't Reynolds would have likely won.

Connor: Was it fair to Barbosa to be fighting two men? Ty evened the odds by taking out Showtime. Odd that he decided to help Barbosa in this manner however.

Barbosa sits up and the ref raises his hand in victory and Barbosa suddenly jumps up and begins celebrating before sliding out of the ring and running up the entrance ramp towards the back in excitement. Meanwhile Ty has hit the Consecrated Banishment on Showtime, knocking him out before sliding into the ring. Reynolds shove Ty, yelling at him that he cost him the match. Ty tries to motion he was merely trying to take out Showtime but Reynolds doesn't want to hear it. They begin trash talking when suddenly a voice can be heard on the tron.

Hayley: HELP!!

The tron suddenly cuts to a video feed. The camera focuses in on Serafina laid out in the back, a steel pipe next to her. The camera quickly rushes towards the parking lot as the sound of squeeling tires cuts through the feed. The camera gets there just in time to see a black car taking off into the night. Reynolds immediately exits the ring and runs towards the back. Ty watches for a moment before the lights go out in the arena momentarily before coming back. The camera has returned to where Serafina is. Ty walks in and kneels down checking on her before cradling her in his arms. Reynolds runs past and into the parking lot, clearly not in time to catch the vehicle. He yells out Hayley's name but to no response. His face becomes manic with desperation when he turns towards Ty who is still tending to Serafina.

Reynolds: You did this! This is all your fault!

Ty: I did nothing of the sort, did you not see Serafina was trying to watch out for your woman? And now she has paid the price for your ignorance!

Reynolds: This is another trick isn't it Ty? Make it look like it was someone else while you two are account and present for?

Ty: You have lost your mind Reynolds. I tried to warn you of this. I told you what was going to happen. I did my best to prevent it but ultimately this was your own doing.

Ty stands up and the two stare down before Reynolds runs off and jumps in his car and takes off as Ascension goes off the air while Ty lifts Serafina up into his arms staring out at the parking lot.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the host of the Ratings Spike, Austin Reynolds!!

Austin emerges to a great pop and he makes his way down to the ring, he taps the hands of all the fans around the ring. He gets into the ring and shows he is clearly humbled by the reception he has received.

“Thank you guys. It’s been tough to separate work and home this week but I couldn’t stay away from you all.”

“But this is all about work. Tomorrow I face a legend, the Pinnacle of Perfection, Everest and I am going to be joined tonight by someone who claimed he beat a legend at Redemption. This kid is something else but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to do him justice.”

Baller walks down the ramp, full of arrogance, showing off with ball tricks. He throws the ball to Reynolds who capably spins the ball while Baller slowly gets into the ring. He picks up a mic.

“You are a very astute man Mr Reynolds. You wouldn’t be able to do me justice on your own. Now you can try with me here but even that would still wholly underestimate how great I am.”

“You must be feeling great right? I mean, a big win on PPV. Mad b’ball skills and a superstar inside these ropes?”

“That’s right I’ve done it all and I’m going to get bigger and better. It’s simply a matter of time before I replace you at the top of this company! And it starts with me going 2-0 against Ricky here tonight!”

Austin recognises a certain familiar arrogance and plays up to it.

“Really? Wow, beating Ricky really has put you over on the next level. So I guess in a year or two, you’re going to pick me up off the unemployment line and make me your mic stand? We can call your segment Mr Baller Shoots Hoops With.... and it will be crazy popular?”

“Yeah it will!”

“These fans will love you and demand to make you Heavyweight Champion?”

“Ye-, wait what? No I don’t care about these dirty scrunts. I’m great no matter what these people think. Unlike you Reynolds, I don’t want or need their affections!”

Boos rain in Baller as he begins to show his true honesty. Baller greedily snatches the ball back from Austin.

“You’re an idiot Baller! You have this crazy talent, the fans should be eating out your hands, begging to see do crazy things with a ball or take on the best in this ring.”

“You’re wrong, I’m already the MVP here.”

“Really? Are they clamouring for you to take the World title? Are they begging for you to do anything except be here when Ricky actually comes back and whups you from coast to coast?”

“Ricky is running scared of me. You’re just too distracted to see it! You know what, this interview is over! You were supposed to make me look like a million bucks, right?”

Baller gets out the ring and turns his back on Austin.

“You are so self-obsessed that you don’t care anymore, you’ve lost it. You don’t deserve to be in the World Title match because you have failed to get the job done already. Are you just here for the paycheck? You’re just as bad as Ricky – you’re living off your past and your present is just filled with run of the mill performances and pain.”

Baller reaches the top of the ramp, signals that he has had enough and then disappears. Austin seems a little confused at his antics.

“Well that seems to be the end of that. I d-”

Suddenly the lights go out. The crowd cheers instinctively and as they come back up, Ty Burna is standing in the corner behind Austin. Reynolds drops the mic and he looks ready to fight. Ty remains calm in his own inimitable way. He steps forward and gestures to Austin but The Ratings Winner shoves him down to a massively mixed reaction!

Ty gets up immediately but Austin has left the ring. Ty gives Austin an evil stare as the Ratings Winner backs up the ramp, jaw-jacking to the champion as he does. As his eyes follow Reynolds, Ty is suddenly knocked down by an attack to the head from a briefcase wielding Hunter Kravinoff. He calls for a microphone immediately which gets passed him in a rush of adrenaline.

"Right, let's get this done with. Austin, get the heck out of this arena if you know what is good for you! The time has come for Ty Burna's reign to end, I'm cashing this baby in! Get a ref out of here, Truman, make your call!

He throws the mike down as he paces around waiting for the referee to come out as he keeps an eye on the down Ty, Truman Harrys isn't sure what to do.

Ladies and Gentleman, Hunter Kravinoff is cashing in his King For A Day Contract, therefore this contest is for the World Heavyweight Championship!

The crowd start booing heavily as Kravinoff calls out for the referee but still none shows, suddenly the titantron cuts to Big Dave who appears to be outside.

"Expecting someone Hunter? Of course, I had realised you were planning to cash in that briefcase the moment the opportunity came, so I have some news to tell you, and it's bigger than the referee not being there."

Kravinoff walks up to the ropes and looks bemused. On the tron, Dave holds up a piece of paper.

"You see Hunter, last week, we contested for the possession of the briefcase, right? Well that's just the thing, nothing was ever said about competing for the actual contract, the one I'm holding right here, the one I took out of the briefcase the moment I got home from Kingdom Come. Fact is Hunter, you fell for the bait and got a fight out of me, for nothing. So enjoy that briefcase there Hunter, I wasn't a fan of it anyway. I will be seeing you sooner...champ!

The footage cuts and Kravinoff is holding his head in disbelief and starts flailing lividly, telling the officials to get Myles out of here but no-one is responding except by shrugging in confusion. He grabs the briefcase, pointing to it, telling to cash in but nothing's coming back. Kravinoff looks angry but he gets a sudden tap on the shoulder, he turns around to see Ty Burna is back up to a vertical basis, he tilts his head smirking in mocking manner and then hits the Consecrated Banishment on Kravinoff who is sent flying that the briefcase falls out of his hands out at ringside. Ty stares at the fallen Kravinoff before turning his head to the stage where Reynolds use to be and shakes his head before he points at Kravinoff who's being dragged out of the ring by some EMTs.

"There's the message right there from Ty Burna, he's showing that when it comes down to it, all the talking won't stop him from looking to retain his title.

"Screw that situation, Hunter Kravinoff got screwed! He won that match last week fair and square, he SHOULD be the new Champion right now!

"Jack, I'm getting word from backstage and Chuck Myles that the briefcase was indeed on the line but not the contract itself, Big Dave made the match and Hunter didn't check the fine print. He just got himself a nice and golden briefcase out of it.

"Well Dave better put up or shut up because that was such a cowardly act!"

"Well Ladies and Gentleman, Meltdown has got off to a heated start, so we're going to take a break, but when we come back, we'll be seeing Steven Kurtesy take on King Shabba to open up Meltdown, stay tuned!"

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Show me my opponent hits to boos as the King of Zimbabwe is carried down the ramp towards the ring.

Harrys: Introducing first, weighing in at 223 pounds, King Shabba!

He hands his robe to Nnamdi before getting into the ring and motioning towards the crowd to bow. They boo him loudly before Psychotically Deranged hits, turning the boos into cheers as the lights go dark. Kurtesy emerges and locks eye with Shabba as he walks down to the ring.

Harrys: And his opponent, weighing in at 235 pounds, Dr. Steven Kurtesy!

Copeland: You have to think that Kurtesy will be looking over his shoulder for Holmes during this match.

Cohen: And that's the kind of distraction Shabba will be able to take advantage of.

He walks down to the ring and slides into the ring. He takes off his shades and other attire while still keeping an eye on Shabba. The referee calls for the bell and the two men circle each other in the centre of the ring. They tie up and Kurtesy gets Shabba in a headlock before taking him down to the mat with the headlock still on. Shabba tries to break the hold, but it's locked in tightly. He manages to get to his feet and pushes Kurtesy off him into the ropes. Kurtesy bounces off the ropes and returns but ducks under Shabba's attempted clothesline. He bounces off the opposite set of ropes and Shabba attempts a dropkick but Kurtesy counters by grabbing Shabba's legs as he's in the air. Shabba crashes to the mat and Kurtesy goes for a single leg Boston Crab, but Shabba pulls Kurtesy forward into a Small Package, 1... 2... Kick out by Kurtesy. The crowd applaud loudly at the stalemate as both men get to their feet quickly, and back off. They walk towards each other and lock hands for a test of strength. Kurtesy gains the advantage, but Shabba sends him half way across the ring with a Monkey Flip! Kurtesy gets up, looking a bit dazed and Shabba follows up with a big clothesline. Kurtesy gets up again and Shabba hits a Dropkick and goes for a cover, 1.. 2.. kick out by Kurtesy. Shabba keeps the pressure on, backing Kurtesy into the corner and hitting some shoulder thrusts into Kurtesy's mid-section. Shabba backs up and runs at Kurtesy, but Kurtesy rolls out of the way and Shabba collides with the turnbuckles. He stumbles backwards and Kurtesy attempts to lock in the Hypnosis but Shabba squirms out of it and rolls out of the ring. The crowd boos loudly as Shabba rubs his throat, looking irritated.

Cohen: Why are they booing him? That was a smart move!

Copeland: What, bailing as soon as things aren't going his way?

Cohen: .....Yes.

Kurtesy beckons Shabba to get into the ring, which he does reluctantly. He runs at Kurtesy, going for a clothesline but Kurtesy ducks under it. He hits Shabba with a series of right hands and finishes the combo with a Spinning Wheel Kick. Shabba quickly gets back up but he's instantly met with an Armdrag into an Armbar, with Kurtesy putting pressure on Shabba's hurt elbow. Shabba yells out in pain, but doesn't tap. He manages to drag himself (and Kurtesy) over to the ropes and grabs it, holding on for dear life as Kurtesy breaks the hold after fully utilising the 5 count. Kurtesy gets up quickly and starts to stomp on the arm of Shabba. Kurtesy drops a knee on the arm and Shabba rolls around in pain, clutching his elbow before Kurtesy goes for a pin, 1... 2... Kick out by Shabba. Kurtesy picks him up and goes for a Neckbreaker but Shabba slides out of it and hits a desperation DDT. THe referee starts to count with both men on the mat. They both break the count at 6 and Kurtesy runs at Shabba, but gets caught by a Drop Toe Hold, sending him headfirst into a second turnbuckle. Shabba goes onto the apron as Kurtesy starts to get up. Kurtesy is on his feet and turns around, getting caught with a Springboard Crossbody by Shabba! Shabba hooks the outside leg, 1... 2... Kick out by Kurtesy. Shabba picks up Kurtesy and goes for a Russian Leg Sweep but Kurtesy rolls backwards out of the move and locks in the Hypnosis on Shabba. Shabba flails his arms for a moment, before rolling Kurtesy forward, getting himself out of the Sleeper. Kurtesy turns around and gets kicked in the gut. Shabba hits a Float Over DDT before getting up and hitting the Double Legdrop. He backs into the corner, beating his chest, signalling for the B2K. Kurtesy gets up and Shabba goes for the B2K, but Kurtesy ducks under it and hits a Neckbreaker. As soon as the move hits, Kurtesy quickly transitions into the Kommon Kurtesy! Shabba tries to get out but he can't and he quickly starts to fade. Suddenly, Steven Holmes comes out and runs down the ramp towards the ring.

Copeland
: What is Holmes doing here?

Cohen: Just spectating, I'm sure.

Holmes gets up on the apron and Kurtesy releases the submission hold and gets up. He goes for Holmes, who jumps off the ramp and the two enemies lock eyes for several moments, with Holmes smirking. Kurtesy shakes his head and turns around, but he's caught with the B2K out of nowwhere! Shabba collapses on top of Kurtesy for the pin, 1... 2... 3!

Harrys: Here is your winner, King Shabba!

Shabba is helped up by the ref and he weakly climbs up onto the second rope and shouts at the crowd to bow to the king. Holmes walks back up the ramp and stands on the stage, applauding Shabba with a smug grin on his face.

Copeland: Holmes had no right getting involved in this match!

Cohen: He cost Kurtesy this match like Kurtesy cost Holmes a shot at the EurAsian title!

-----------------------------------
Backstage we see Ty Burna storming through the canteen, he grabs a random backstage worker and holds him up close.

Ty: Where is Hayley Reynolds? What do you know?!

Worker: Hey man, I come from this city, I work with the arena, not with the company!

Ty puts him down and peers around while in deep thought.

Ty: Wait a minute...where's Big Dave? He didn't arrive tonight.

Kensworth: *interrupting* That's because he's doing promotion work this week.

Ty looks annoyed at Leon.

Ty: Interesting, it seems everyone likes to be doing their bit of promo work of late. Is there anyone that actually competes in this company?

The Agony approaches looking smug and ready to stand up to the challenge.

Somehow I don't think you'll be with us for long...

Ty walks off annoyed that his search has been inconclusive thus far.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

"Anarchy in the UK" hits and Johnny Scumm walks out very slowly until he stands at the edge of the ramp. He looks around the arena before spitting on the ground, prompting some fans to react negatively. Scumm sticks his finger up at those who boo him as he heads down to the ring.

Harrys: Introducing first, Manchester, England, weighing in at 223 pounds... Johnny SCUMM!

As he slides in the ring, "Sabotage" blasts through the speakers and Saboteur enters. Some of the crowd members begin moving with the beat of the song as Saboteur skips down the ramp hi-fiving fans. He slides in the ring and gets on the turnbuckles, unsheathing his kitana's and forming an X.

Harrys: And his opponent, from a place I've been told not to discuss, weighing in at 198 pounds... SABOTEUR!

Copeland: Here are two new rookies who have received contracts with WZCW as apart of the talent initiative. This is their first official match as WZCW superstars so this should be interesting considering that nobody knows anything about these guys!

Cohen: Apart from the fact that one guy is wielding weapons and they both enjoy noise, commonly known as rebellious British music.

Copeland: Errr, yes... rebellious British music... indeed?

After the referee has explained to Saboteur he needs to secure his weapons, he checks on both competitors before ringing the bell.

The two men eye each other out, looking for a potential opening. Scumm suddenly pulls the referee aside and tells him he saw something concealed in Saboteur's gear. The ref hesitantly goes to check Saboteur who begins complaining to the ref. Scumm uses this distraction to measure up Saboteur with a punch to the jaw. The ref tells Scumm off as Saboteur grabs his mouth but Scumm doesn't care as he follows up with multiple chest chops. He whips Saboteur off the ropes who counters it but to no avail as Scumm hits a running shoulder block on the return. Scumm gives Saboteur the one-fingered salute that isn't appreciated by the crowd and smacks him with a boot to the face. He keeps Saboteur grounded with multiple shots to knee before applying a quick kneebar. Saboteur pounds the canvas as he is frustrated that he can't gain any momentum and tries using strikes to escape the hold but Scumm blocks every shot. Saboteur feints a shot before hitting a wild swing that connects, forcing Scumm to let go to attend to his face. Saboteur pulls away and gets to a vertical base in time to protect an advancing Scumm who tries for another shot to the face but Saboteur ducks, countering with a mean European Uppercut. He runs off the ropes and tries for a crossbody but Scumm counters with a quick spear, taking down Saboteur. He goes for a pin... 1... 2... kick-out by Saboteur. Scumm goes right back to the kneebar immediately after the pin.

Cohen: This Scumm kid knows exactly what to do with those fists and close quarter situations. Who said street fighting wasn't proper wrestling technique?

The crowd starts to get behind Saboteur as he considers tapping. He does what he can to crawl to the ropes and break the hold with Scumm utilising the referee's 5 count until he does so. He picks up Saboteur and hits a suplex on him, followed with a pin... 1... 2... kick-out by Saboteur. He tries going for a sleeper hold on sitting up Saboteur but he immediately counters with a snapmare and locks in his own version of sleeper hold. As Scumm attempts to escape, Saboteur slowly brings himself and Scumm to their feet with the sleeper still applied and adds a body scissors. Scumm eventually falls to his knees and on the ground back in their original position, which the crowd and Saboteur find amusing. Saboteur applies more pressure but Scumm is able to break the hold himself, with Saboteur breaking the hold immediately. Both men are exhausted from the submission hold and slowly get to their feet with the crowd getting behind Saboteur. They both are at a vertical base and Saboteur connects with some quick jabs that Scumm can't counter nor land his own on Saboteur. Scumm tries for a wild swing but Saboteur ducks and hits a roundhouse kick in response. Saboteur runs off the ropes and tries a running crossbody again but a dazed Scumm tries to counter with the same spear again. Saboteur evades with a baseball slide and pops up to hit a spinebuster on Scumm. He goes for the fall... 1... 2... kick-out by Scumm.

Copeland: Seems like this Saboteur guy isn't that bad with hand-to-hand combat as well. This is definitely the perfect starting match for both men.

Saboteur awaits the recovering Scumm and hits him with a battering ram headbutt, taking Scumm down to one knee. He follows up with a step-up enziguri that dazes Scumm. He goes for his finisher, the Death Blow, but Scumm manages to avoid the contact and quickly locks Saboteur into a figure-four leglock. Scumm uses all he has to keep Saboteur in the hold whilst he shakes the cobwebs off. Saboteur screams in pain as Scumm keeps him in the hold but eventually shifts both mens' bodies 180 degrees to switch the pressure. Scumm feels the pain but lets go of the hold quickly. Saboteur is up quicker than Scumm but Scumm goes for his finisher, the Facebreaker, but Saboteur catches the legs of Scumm and allows him to fall. He catapults him into the corner and follows up with a big turnbuckle splash and a one handed bulldog. Saboteur makes an X with his hands and stalks Scumm as he gets up. He gets in position and hits the In Your Face! He goes for the cover... 1... 2... 3!

The referee rings for the bell and Saboteur's music hits the speakers. The crowd cheers as Saboteur gets to his feet and the referee raises his hand in victory.

Harrys: Here is your winner... SABOTEUR!

Copeland: What an excellent first match for both men. Despite Saboteur picking up the win and the momentum, they should be proud of their performance. Hopefully this warm-up match will be the only one they'll need to get the ball rolling in WZCW.

Cohen: It's funny Seabass, it almost sounds like you're directing this straight to Saboteur and Scumm. You do realise they can't hear you, right?

Saboteur grabs his weapons and heads to the back as Scumm has recovered in the ring and seems bitter that he did not win.

-----------------------------------
We're backstage in Chuck Myles' office, he's chatting with a few suited up lackeys next to a chart board.

Myles: And as you can see, the Ty Burna red eye contact lenses are our top sellers from WZCWShop.com, the Austin Reynolds Ratings Winner T-Shirt is up there too, and the Titus Red Mask replicas are like hot cakes too. It's a good day to be in business!

The door slams open and Baez walks up to Myles, paying no attention to the lackeys.

Ah, just the person. Baez, I need something out of you. I need you to design a new mask for me.

Baez: ...why?

Myles: Because simply put, your mask replica sales are stagnating, you are costing this company money and we need to refresh your look, maybe some luminous green?

Baez stares blankly at Myles.

Baez: So it's like that is it? Assuming that I can't make sales because I'm not the "original masked man" in this company? You know what, I don't care! This company is going downhill the way you offer title shots to Constantine and continuously try and make the old timers like Titus feel relevant. I am the future, I am the longest reigning Mayhem Champion...

Lackey: *ahem* Alex Bowen is about to match that, possibly beat it!

Baez: So you continue to have the conspiracies go against me? I tell you what, you want me out of this company? I'm not going anywhere, and Myles, I will prove to you why you should praising Old Yeller, he's going to get put down soon!

Baez storms out of the office, Myles isn't sure what to make of this but then just smiles at Baez's response.

Harrys: The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for one fall!

"I Am... All of Me" hits the speakers and the crowd boos as the champions walk out to the arena, showing off their belts. Both men make their way down to the ring with their heads held high.

Harrys: Introducing first, they are the WZCW World Tag Team Champions, at a combined weight of 428 pounds... James King & Dr. Alhazred, The Forgotten POWERS!

Cohen: Ever since the FP gained control of the tag titles, it seems every team in existence seemingly disappeared. I guess everyone is scared of facing them!

Copeland: Well, whatever the reason, these men have demanded competition despite the lack there of. I wonder who they'll be going against tonight?

With impeccable timing, darkness falls upon the arena with the familiar introduction leading up to "Soul of the Shadow" where Black Dragon emerges from the curtain to an excited crowd.

Harrys: And their opponents, first, from The Halfway House, weighing in at 180 pounds... Black DRAGON!

Dragon slides into the ring whilst the FP exit the ring and keep their distance. At that moment, "Iron Army" hits and a single spotlight shines on the entrance ramp where Jack Skinner emerges with a smile on his face. White strobes flash throughout as he walks down the ramp.

Harrys: Finally, his tag team partner, from New York City, weighing in at 145 pounds... Jack SKINNER!

Copeland: This final man could be the x-factor of the match if he can work together with the Dragon.

Cohen: I doubt it but something about him seems interesting.

Skinner gets onto the apron and stays there without getting into the ring. He waves off Dragon signaling him to start the match as the FP discuss last-minute strategy before Alhazred enters. The ref sounds for the bell.

Dragon and Alhazred begin circling each other, scouting each other. Skinner laughs in the corner and informs Dragon that Alhazred is going for a collar-elbow tie-up and he should go for a strike. Dragon looks at Skinner funny and shakes his head as he turns back at Alhazred who hits a dropkick to the knees of Dragon, followed up with a one handed bulldog. Alhazred goes for the pin but Dragon pushes him off and the two get up to their feet. Dragon charges at Alhazred who counters with a hurricanrana. As Dragon recovers, Alhazred springboards off the ropes to hit a clothesline. He goes for a quick pin... 1... kick-out by Dragon. Alhazred tries keeping Dragon down with a sleeper but Dragon gets up easily and rolls Alhazred out of the submission. Alhazred charges in for an attack but Dragon is ready for him by taking him down with a snap powerslam. Skinner claps sarcastically at Dragon for his efforts. Feeling disrespected, Dragon blind tags in Skinner who seems a little scared entering the ring but rushes into the ring as he sees Alhazred recovering. He hits a running kick on Alhazred to keep him down, followed by a standing knee drop to the face. He goes for a cover... 1... Alhazred powers out of the pin, sending Skinner across the ring. Alhazred manages to get to his feet but Skinner hits him with a low dropkick taking his legs out. He goes for a big boot to follow up, knocking Alhazred down. Skinner taunts everyone, especially Dragon by telling him that this is easy. Skinner is slow to go for the cover... 1... kick-out. Skinner continuously stomps on Alhazred until he gets to the corner and sets him up, going for a running facewash. Alhazred moves out of the way and Skinner hits only the turnbuckles. As Skinner gets his leg back in the ring and turns around, Alhazred hits him with a running double knee to Skinner's face. Alhazred uses this opportunity to tag in King quickly whilst Skinner covers his face and slaps Dragon on the chest, signaling for a tag. Dragon looks at Skinner in disgust as Skinner slides to the outside checking for blood.

Copeland: I don't think this is a relationship that is going to work any time soon.

Cohen: Some teams weren't meant to be like the Forgotten Powers.

As Dragon tries entering the ring, King cuts him off by attacking Dragon on the apron. Dragon manages to counter the assault and fend off King, following up with a roundhouse kick over the top rope to King. He enters the ring and hits a couple of stiff forearms before slamming King down with a dropkick. He goes for a cover but King kicks out before 1. Dragon rakes the neck of King and delivers a snapmare with a soccer kick to the back. King screams in pain from the shot and tries getting up but Dragon quickly hits a snap suplex and rolls through with a pin... 1... kick-out. Dragon keeps the hold on and picks up King, delivering another snap... 1... 2... kick-out. Dragon goes for a third but King manages some knee shots before using multiple headbutts and elbows to create some space. King tries whipping Dragon across the ring but Dragon counters who tries for a lariat but King ducks on the rebound and quickly clotheslines the back of Dragon's head. He goes for a quick pin... 1... 2... kick-out by Dragon. King gets up and hits multiple foot stomps on Dragon before finishing with a leg drop. Another cover... 1... 2... kick-out again. King picks up Dragon and whips him into the corner. He goes for a running splash but Dragon rolls out of the way and tags in Skinner who has just made it back on the apron. King quickly cuts off Skinner before he has any chance to react and knees him in the gut. He pulls Skinner through the middle rope and performs a rope-hung DDT. Skinner looks knocked out as King drags him into the middle of the ring for a pin... 1... 2... Dragon saves the pin from happening. Alhazred gets into the ring and both men take each other out over the top rope and down to the floor. King checks on his partner before continuing the match.

Copeland: The first signs of life concerning teamwork from the challengers.

Cohen: It's a shame though Seabass. No matter how hard they try, it won't be enough to take down the champions.

King picks up the dead weight that is Skinner and places him into the corner, taking the time to measure him up as he goes for the splash. It connects and he follows up with an European uppercut. Skinner's limp body falls on King who decides to go for My Mystery but Skinner plays possum and eye rakes King as much as he can before the ref pulls him off. Skinner gets in a poke in for good measure before hitting a clothesline on King, knocking him down. Skinner goes to the turnbuckle and waits for King to recover, delivering a jumping punch. He follows up with a running elbow that takes down King. He goes for a cover... 1... kick-out by King. Skinner does another cocky taunt before trying to lock in the Midnight Deadline, which King escapes by switching behind Skinner and hitting a release German suplex. The force throws Skinner into his corner where Dragon blind-tags himself into the match and tries ambushing King from behind but it doesn't work as King evades and hits a reverse DDT. As Dragon recovers, King crawls over to the recently recovered Alhazred and tags him in. As Dragon gets up, Alhazred charges but Dragon evades the attack and responds with an enziguri that stuns Alhazred. He stalks Alhazred for the finish but King comes from behind and locks in a German suplex. Dragon tries to escape but the two team up to FINISH HIM! King keeps in the bridge for the pin... 1... 2... 3!

Harrys: Here are your winners, the WZCW World Tag Team Champions, the Forgotten POWERS!

Cohen: Looks like the champs are victorious... again. What a surprise.

Copeland: You've got to give it to Black Dragon for trying to hang in there but with a partner like Skinner, he couldn't rely on any support.

Both King and Alhazred roll to the outside of the ring to grab their belts. Alhazred calls for a microphone, which Truman Harrys provides.

Alhazred: So we got word that because there are no actual teams to challenge us for the gold and that the heads above wish to make a new random team for us to compete against us at Apocalypse. Pfft! Can you really be serious? We managed to beat the only team that could be considered a team in the form of the BiA and you want to put together a team full of nobodies against us? You won't even dare to air the match on TV because you know how much of an embarrassment this really is.

You know, James and I were thinking, given that we are the only team here, we will continue to ride the waves, overcome the FHD/BiA reign and then retire the belts for good. If this company continues to insult us, then put our value first and know that this will not be taken lightly. Anyone who dares to even consider going against us are making a grave mistake. You have been warned because if we reach that milestone and become the longest reigning champions, then there will be no-one else who should even consider going for these belts. Give us challenges and we'll comply, continue to insult us and the belts are gone!

King and Alhazred raise their belts and head up the ramp as Dragon stands in the ring disappointed at himself as Skinner has recovered on the outside, blaming their lose solely on Dragon. The two stare at each other before Skinner decides to head to the back.

Ladies & Gentleman, the following match is scheduled for one fall!

“As if we needed to see this guy again!”

“Are you kidding me. This is the highlight of my night!”

“From Miami, Florida, he weighs in at 220 lbs, it’s Mr BALLER!!!”

Baller struts down to the ring and when he gets in, he climbs the second rope and poses to the booing fans.

“And this is the moment we have been waiting for!”

“And his opponent, from Tortuga, he weighs 260lbs, STEAMBOAT RICKYYY!!!!”

The arena erupts as the famous Alestorm track booms but Ricky doesn’t appear.

“He’s let us all down again!”

There is concern among the faces of the crew at ringside. The video starts to play again but Baller grabs a mic.

“Stop it! Stop it now!” The video cuts out. “This is a charade. He has abandoned you all and I am left here! I am superior to you and massively superior to the man you want to celebrate.”

“I don’t want to believe what Baller is saying but where is he?”

“So this man down here is going to announce what you all knew was going to happen. Then my music is going to play like the winner I am. The sooner that you can accept that I am 2-0 over a former Champion, the sooner that I can become your new World Champion!”

Baller points at Harrys and shouts at him to announce the result.

“Your winner......again.....is MISTER BALLER!!”

Baller exits the ring and with great confidence, he struts up the ramp, with two fingers in the air to all who will see him.

“Surely this cannot continue. How long do we have to wait until Ricky returns and sorts this guy out for real.”

"For one I hope this continues as long as Baller wants."

-----------------------------------
Backstage Baller continues to strut around with confidence with a little "2-0" chant to himself, he's then stopped dead by Action Saxton who stares straight at him, he looks around before re-addressing Baller

Saxton: I remember my first 2-0, they said it was the best night of their life!

Baller isn't sure what to make of what Saxton just said.

Try it sometime, boy. The ladies will make a man out of you yet!

Baller smirks to himself for a moment before giving Saxton two fingers and making a zero with his other hand before flipping off Saxton and walking off.

Did not know that boy swung that way! No matter, as long as you're loving somebody the Sax's cool with it!

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

'Bliss' plays as a booing crowd greets the EurAsian Champion, who is making his way out to the entrance ramp and raising his belt high. He heads down the ramp and enters the ring, performing his taunt once more as the crowed boos him heavily.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland, weighing 235 pounds, the WZCW EurAsian Champion, Blade!

Showtime Cougar makes his way to the entrance ramp to a ton of heat from the crowd. He closes his eyes and motions towards the crowd to continue booing him before making his way down the ramp. He hops up to the second turnbuckle and raises his arms up, posing for the crowd.

Copeland: Former and Current EurAsian Champion go head to head, will Blade overcome this obstacle despite the defence against Hammond looming so near?

Cohen: It’s going to be tight between two of my favourites, but I think the champion will have the edge here, but Showtime likes to pull a few tricks like a rabbit out of a hat!

Harrys: And his opponent, from Winnipeg, Canada, weighing 213 pounds, Showtime Cougar!

The referee signals for the bell as Blade looks to lock up but Showtime backs away into the corner as the crowd boos, to which Blade shrugs at in an uncaring fashion. He moves towards Blade and looks to lock up finally but moves behind him and applies a waistlock. He grabs Blade's arm and applies an arm wrench, forcing him down to one knee. Blade rises back up and reverses the arm wrench and forces Cougar down to one knee. Blade kicks Cougar in the chest and then whips him into the ropes, connecting with a clothesline on the rebound. He goes for the quick cover, getting a one count only. He applies a rear chin lock on Cougar and wrenches back on Cougar's neck. Cougar is able to make it to his feet and counters the chin lock with a back body drop which causes Blade to let the hold go. Both men are to their feet and Cougar goes for a clothesline, but Blade ducks and picks him up and drops him with a backbreaker. He pulls Cougar to his feet and lifts him up in a vertical suplex, and continues to hold him up in the air.

Blade finally drops Cougar onto his back and goes for the cover, getting a two count. Blade stomps away at Cougar's legs, trying to soften them up for a submission maneuver. He lifts Cougar's leg up and wrenches at his ankle but Cougar counters with a kick to the face. Blade backs up as Cougar gets to his feet and rushes Blade, hitting a flying elbow. He stands over Blade and jumps up, hitting a standing leg drop over the throat. He picks Blade up and whips him into the ropes. Blade goes for a clothesline but Cougar ducks and hits a reverse neckbreaker and goes for the pin, getting a two count. Cougar stands up and poses once more, as the crowd unrelentingly boos him.

Copeland: The crowd giving Showtime a hard time, could it be down to assumptions regarding Hayley Reynolds?

Cohen: These people are fickle and just enjoy a good match!

Cougar goes back to Blade and picks him up and whips him into the corner. He hits a few knife edge chops across the chest of Blade before lifting him up onto the top turnbuckle. Cougar motions for The Final Act and climbs up to the second turnbuckle. He wraps his arm around Blade but Blade counters with a couple elbows to the side of Cougar's head. He pushes Cougar off sending him crashing to the mat. Blade steadies himself and connects with a missile dropkick, knocking Cougar across the ring. Both men struggle to their feet, and Blade kicks Cougar in the gut and hooks both arms. Cougar counters by grabbing Blade's legs and dropping him on his back and floats over with a sunset flip and places his feet on the ropes. The ref counts to two before noticing Cougar's feet and stops the count. Cougar gets up and argues with the ref as Blade sneaks behind Cougar and rolls him up, almost getting a three count before Cougar kicks out! Blade gets up and starts arguing with the ref now, as Cougar this time gets up and rolls Blade up. He gets a handful of tights and goes for another attempt but Blade powers out of it and Showtime looks flabbergasted before shaking his head and opts to leave the ring. He looks around and climbs over the railing and goes through the crowd, he apologises to the fans as he makes his way out, saying he’s got back a bad back. Blade stands in the ring and challenges Showtime to get back into the ring but shrugs and sits in the ring when suddenly Showtime stops and sees Scott Hammond standing in front of the exit he’s heading to, he opts to turn around and head back, rushing a bit through the crowd, he reaches the barricade as Blade is now in front of him to greet him and Hammond now got Showtime cornered. Blade then shoves Showtime to one side and tells Hammond to get lost and to keep his nose out of his business, Hammond protests but Blade turns his attention to Showtime who’s grabbed a replica belt from a fan and whacks it at Blade’s head, knocking him back at ringside as the referee signals for the bell.

Harrys: The winner of this match, as a result of a disqualification, the EurAsian Champion, Blade!

Showtime shrugs it off and leaves the arena through the conventional way, the fan asks for his belt back but Showtime looks at it and smirks before heading off up the ramp. Hammond climbs over the barricade and looks at the fallen Blade, Hammond looks tempted to strike, some sort of rage building in him, he then paces away and grabs the belt from the timekeeper and raises it high to the approval of the fans before resting on Blade’s chest and points to his face before leaving back up the arena.

Cohen: Such a coward that Hammond is! Getting involved in Blade’s business and insult him by holding his property like it is his own! He’ll get what’s coming to him, that’s for certain!

Copeland: He did the right thing, but it may have not lead to the outcome Blade would have wanted, but he will accept the victory regardless!

Backstage we have Becky Serra with Ale in front of the Meltdown logo.

Serra: So Ale, still relatively new to the company and you're the Main Event next against the World Heavyweight Champion Ty Burna. You must be feeling excited to get such a match this early in your career!

Ale: Well Becky, fact is, Showtime, Kravinoff, Reynolds can all go on about defeating Ty Burna for the Championship, but the fact is that they have failed to do in their original attempts. As for me, I plan to make my presence felt and defeat Ty Burna to make my claims for the title because I will show that in my first match against Ty, I will get it done the first time around.

He spots that a sweaty Showtime Cougar, still in possession of the replica belt, is standing right next to Becky in observation, she leans the microphone towards his direction, he stares at it blankly before looking back at Ale and gives a basic nod towards him. He gives Becky an unimpressed glare before heading off.

Copeland: Showtime possibly showing some good luck? No matter, Ale takes on Ty Burna in our Main Event, it's up next!

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

“Drones” by Rise Against plays as the giant Ale emerges from behind the curtain. Ale slowly walks down to the ring, occasionally stopping to glance at the audience.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Peru, Indiana, weighing in at 400 lbs, Ale!

Ale reaches the ring and grabs onto the top rope and pull himself up onto the apron. He straddles over the ropes and then stands in the middle of the ring. He raises both arms and gives a load roar just before the lights turn off on him.

Static lights begin to flicker as Ty Burna makes his way out to the top of the entrance ramp, flames spewing forth across the stage. He walks slowly down the ramp, the WZCW World Heavyweight Championship wrapped around his waist. He walks up the steel steps and enters the ring.

Harrys: And his opponent, weighing in at 235 lbs, he is you WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, Ty Burna!

Ty Burna removes the title belt and raises it in the air as the lights come back on. The crowd roars loudly. Ty hands the belt to the referee and then goes to the corner to remove his hood and vest. He turns around to find Ale standing very close to him. Ty has to look up at Ale who looks down on him and chuckles.

Copeland: Look at the size difference between these two. Ty Burna is not a small wrestler, but compared to Ale, Ty Burna looks like a cruiserweight.

Cohen: Ty Burna has faced more athletic and more talented opponents before, but he has never faced someone this large before. I predict an upset here Seabass.

Ty and Ale continue their stare down as the bell rings. Ale goes for an over hand chop on Ty, but Ty swats the arm to the side. He follows it with a round of punches, first having little effect, but then starting to wear down Ale. Ty throws in a few kicks mixed in with some punches which pushes Ale to the centre of the ring, teetering. Ty turns and bounces off the ropes going for a high knee. He hits it, but Ale still manages to stay on his feet. Ty grabs Ale and tries to lift him up for a slam. He barely gets Ale off the ground before Ale clubs him with a forearm. Ale uses his strength and pushes Ty back into the ropes. Ty uses the momentum goes for another high knee. As Ty leaps, Ale charges with a foreword headbutt and makes solid contact, knocking Ty to the mat. Ty appears shaken at first as Ale looks down at Ty and laughs. Ale bounces off the ropes and goes for a leg drop. Ty narrowly avoids the leg drop as Ale lands hard. Ty quickly gets up and kicks the back of Ale’s neck, causing the big man to fall hard on the mat. Ty stomps on the big man keeping him on the mat. Ty continues the offense by dropping a knee on Ale as he rolls over. Ty holds Ales leg down on the mat and drops a knee on the leg. Ty holds the big man to the mat and tries to apply the Muta Lock.

Copeland: Ty has to fight very differently against Ale than most opponents. Ty normally over powers most of his opponents, but verse Ale we’re going to have to see Ty rely more on a mat and technical approach.

Cohen: A true champion can fight in all conditions. Ty may be found as one dimensional after Ale gets a hold of him.

Ty doesn’t get the submission fully locked in and Ale is able to get his leg free and power up to his feet. Ty slides down off his back and goes for a Russian legsweep. He is unable to pull Ale to the mat, who looks at Ty to his side. Ale grabs Ty by the throat and lifts him up into the air. He walks around the ring for a bit and then looks to hit a Military press slam. Ty wiggles and slides down the backside, pulling Ale back as he falls for a Russian Legsweep like maneuver. Ty goes for the pin and Ale powers out at the count of 2. Ty continues to be aggressive against Ale and stomps him on the mat. He starts delivering strong forearms as Ale gets to his knees. Ty steps back and runs at Ale kicking him in the side of the head. Ty grabs Ale's arm and quickly locks in the The Final Séance. The crowd roars but Ale's huge body is already near the ropes and he manages to get his leg on top of bottom rope The ref counts to 4 and Ty lets go of him. Ty stands and waits for the big Ale to get to his knees. Ty looks back to the ropes and runs towards them. He bounces off and goes for a high knee as Ale stands up. Ale catches Ty in midair. With little pause he lifts Ty over his head for a Fallaway Slam. Ale gets up to his feet and walks up to Ty. He takes a 2 step approach and then jumps, hitting a big leg drop. Ale goes for the cover. 1... 2... Ty kicks out. The camera shows a split screen from backstage. Austin Reynolds and Showtime Cougar are both watching this match from their respective locker rooms.

Copeland: Austin and Showtime both taking a keen interest in the outcome of this match.

Cohen: One wants to beat Ty at Apocalypse, the other wants to make sure Ty loses at all costs. And they are about to see a champion bow down to a giant.

Ale waits for Ty to stand and then picks him and hold him up in the air before slamming him to the mat. Ale grabs Ty by the head and lifts him to his feet. He then raises his head and drops Ty with a headbutt. Ale grabs Ty and lifts him off the mat and headbutts him a second time. Ale goes for the pin cover. 1... 2... Ty kicks out again. Ale stands up and raises both arms to boos and then waits for Ty to stand. Ty slowly gets to his knees as Ale walks behind him. Ale places both hands on the sides of Ty’s head and locks in the Runaway Vise Grip. Ale shakes Ty from side to side, squeezing the head on Ty. Ty slowly begins to wear and both arms drop. The ref raises it once and it falls. The ref raises it up a second time and it drops. The ref raises a third time and Ty manages to get it up. He shakes his fist as the crowd roars. Ale lowers one hands down on Ty’s neck and raises the other one in the air, thumb sticking out. He goes for Samoan Spike, The Joker... Ty ducks under the fist and with Ale’s momentum lifts and turns him in the air dropping a huge Spinebuster. The crowd roars as the ref makes a 10 count. Ty is up at 6 and gets the crowd going. Ale is on his knees and gets up by 8. Ty kicks him in the gut. Drops him with Mo’ Murda. Ty doesn’t go for the pin and instead stands in the corner waiting. The crowd is on their feet cheering on Ty. Ale slowly gets up to his feet he turns around to face Ty. Ty runs at him and hits Consecrated Banishment. He goes for the cover. 1... 2... 3.

Harrys: Here is your winner, the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, Ty Burna!

The ref hands Ty Burna the belt. Ty raises it in the air to a big applause. Ty circles the ring and then stops at the corner, raises it one more time, and looks to leave. He turns back and sees Ale slowly starting to come to his knees. Ty puts down the title belt and stands. Ale gets on one knee and then to his feet, only to be struck down again by a second Consecrated Banishment. The crowd cheers but not a loudly as from before. Ty picks up the belt and rolls out of the ring.

Copeland: I don’t understand why Ty Burna did that to Ale. He won the match cleanly. This does not seem like Ty at all to pick a man after beating him soundly.

Cohen: This is Ty Burna sending a message to Austin, Showtime, or anyone after him. Look at what he just did. He destroyed a giant. This may be the most interesting thing Ty’s done in months.

Ty heads over to some fans who have their hands raised, he goes to slap them but one of the fans in a Baez mask grabs his hand and slaps him hard, he climbs over the railing with the steel chair he was sitting and waits behind Ty who turns around and is met with a hard chair shot which knocks him out. The fan stands over him staring and shakes his head before he removes the mask to reveal it's Austin Reynolds which the crowd boo heavily. He mouths the words "This is for Hayley!" as he stands over Ty before slamming the chair next to him and heading up the ramp as Meltdown goes off the air.
