[The Talon]

Here's news on the future of the MCU at Comic-Con today.

Iron Man 3 features Guy Pearce as Iron Patriot (don't how they're gonna do that since Marvel doesn't have the rights to Norman Osborn though), Ben Kingsley plays The Mandarin, costume is straight from the comics. The movie will come out on May 3rd, 2013.

The sequel to Thor will be titled Thor: The Dark World. It will arrive on November 8th, 2013

The sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger will be titled Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It would be assumed that Sebastian Stan will return to play Winter Soldier in this movie. It will come out on April 4th, 2014.

And the secret Marvel movie for August 1st, 2014 is........ Guardians Of The Galaxy! The roster is Star-Lord, Groot, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora, and Rocket Raccoon. Here are some pics of it:

Edgar Wright showed off some test footage of his movie for Ant-Man. But there's no story, casting, or release date news at this time.

I was hoping for S.H.I.E.L.D, Captain Marvel and Black Panther instead of Ant-Man & Guardians, but maybe they can be the third generation of movies after Avengers 2.

Can they work with other studios and get Spider-Man and Wolverine into The Avengers? Fucking better.

The closest they've got to this was an agreement between Sony and Marvel/Disney to feature the OsCorp Tower from Amazing Spiderman in Avengers, but they'd already rendered the skyline before the tower could be completed, so it wasn't included in the end. Both Hugh Jackman and Andrew Garfield have stated they want to do it. It isn't completely impossible, but unless Marvel can regain the rights I seriously doubt it. If anything, they'd just be cameo's.

Also, Talon...Guy Pearce isn't Iron Patriot. Iron Patriot isn't in the film; pictures that surfaced a while ago were confirmed to be War Machine with a new paint job. Pearce has been cast as Aldrich Killian, the inventor of the Extremis Virus from the comics.

Concerning his function on The Avengers, Logan is a much different animal (no pun intended). Avengers Wolverine defers to Captain America and respects the hell out of him. That's never really been the case with Scott.
