Probably because you don't have 30 minutes to kill everytime you need to read one of his posts. Granted, I respect his points of view. Some of the stuff he writes is very well written and sophisticated. But at the same time, it's somber, negative, boring, and extremely long-winded at times. But, deep down I do respect him. At least he used punctuation and stays on subject.
People probably realized he only talks about how there should be fewer quality or lengthy matches on free TV and how things should be more like days gone by. That act gets tired after a while. I like him, but he needs to learn some new songs.
You should ask him about his ideal WM card for this year. From what I recall, he tried to fit every person he could think of on the card and in a match, no matter how useless the match would have been. Shorten the matches to do it if needed... because more people would buy if there were 11-13 matches with guys like R-Truth and Jesse in on the fun... Or something. Whatever.

He claims that wrestlers nowadays don't have gimmicks, only personalities, and that's why wrestling is dying. Gee, I guess he's never flipped on an episode of ECW. Goldust or Ryder, anyone? How about Hornswoggle? The Undertaker? Kane?
Also, guess what, ""Lord": Two of the most popular superstars in your beloved Attitude Era were personalities. Steve Austin was a Texas redneck that kicked some ass. That can be argued as both a gimmick or a personality. The Rock was a personality, just a very flamboyant one. Your argument is so full of holes it's ridiculous.
As for WWE trying to be like UFC... I don't watch UFC. I find it boring. I don't, however, find WWE boring. And I watch WWE for the entertainment as well as the wrestling. Don't call me a ROHbot. The closest thing I've ever done to watching ROH is listening to The Final Countdown three times in a row.
