If they seriously want to end the winning streak of the Undertaker, they should have it be to someone like Kozlov. A new young guy like Kozlov could get over huge beating Taker at Wrestlemania.

A new young guy is the only person who can take the streak, if it is to be taken, but not Kozlov. He just doesn't have the talent to warrant an achievement so big.
