RKO kicks off the show with his lawyers and his therapist, and said he has IED (Intermitten [sp?] Explosive Disorder) which caused him to attack Vince. For that reason, if Steph fires him, he's going to sue her and the WWE.

Also, he's read a pre-written apology for kicking Vince in the head. Then he left with no interruption.
