King Kong 'The Game'.

Got this today for a fiver, simply because I heard rumour that you get the full 1000 gamerscore points for simply completing the game.

But do I really wanna play this shite to get the points? It's sapping any form of life out of me. The graphics are incredibly bad, so blocky. The gameplay is basic at best and is repeated all the time. I've lost count of the number of large insects I've killed with a stick so far! For a shooter, you rarely use a gun. I haven't got to the bit where you actually play as the big, hairy bastard himself but I'm not sure I'm gunna at this rate.

Still... 1000 gamerscore points are up for grabs...

I remember playing it at EB Games once, it was the part where you play as King Kong and you're fighting a T-Rex or some shit... I almost had a seizure playing it, they made the graphics so fuzzy and blurry to give it like a movie-effect or whatnot, and it was awful. In other words, good luck.

I got that game as a present....let's just say it's a present I'd rather not have gotton. No amount of gamerscore points is worth having to sit through thon! (though if it's as short as people say it might be an easy 1000 points for you...but still it will be painful I imagine)

Thankfully I also re-purchased Bioshock so if I feel like stabbing myself in the eye through playing King Kong, I can just wack that in the disc drive and remind myself what gaming is all about.

lol I own the game for the GC and it´s an ok game, the graphics do suck but it entertained me.

It lacks weapons though, a Tommy gun, a shotgun and a sniper rifle and ... a pistol but nothing great, and yes sticks ... many sticks.
