My guess is that they want ROMAN REIGNS to be the most interesting thing on the show, so they put everyone else in a fridge. Being less interesting than Reigns unfortunately means you have to be absolutely bland, which sucks for you if you were on a white hot streak.
Most prominently Bryan and Orton on return and Ambrose (who is 0-8 on PPVs since the shield broke up, believe that!) could be on fire and major headliners, but they would overshadow the behind-the-scenes corporate champion, so everything - including Mania - has a low glass ceiling.
The only other guys with momentum are Rollins, No-Show Lesnar and, if you want to grasp, Wyatt.

Who are your frontrunners to win the Andre Battle Royal? I was thinking Ryback, but after him not even being on Raw this week, it gave me doubts. I'm starting to think they'll use Mizdow eliminating Miz as the final straw to kick off that feud, even though I think that can be accomplished in the Battle Royal without Mizdow actually winning it.

So, the WWE's thinking behind the lacklustre build is basically:
1. WrestleMania is a brand that sells itself.
2. The Probable Match Card on paper will sell itself regardless of build.

I've been thinking after analysing last night's show, and especially the Main Event feud and the Orton-Rollins one...
Do you think given the Brock Lesnar situation at this point, that the WWE may be stalling on pulling the trigger on Orton-Rollins because they are 'unsure' about Brock-Roman? Perhaps, they are keeping their options open for the possibility of a Reigns-Rollins-Orton 3 -way for the title?
Just a random thought of mine, btw...

This is from Saturday Night's Main Event #26, less than a month after Warrior won the title.
WWF World Title: Ultimate Warrior vs. Haku
Haku jumps the champ from behind but gets chopped into the corner. A backdrop sends him flying and Warrior finally takes the belt off. The rapidly changing camera angles show a ridiculous number of empty seats as Warrior cranks on the arm. After a quick whip to the floor, Warrior sends Haku head first into the buckle, which really shouldn't hurt him.
The lights have been dimmed to cover the empty seats, which may be due to the fans leaving after seeing Hogan. Haku avoids a charge in the corner and gets two off a backbreaker with Jesse losing his mind over the speed of the counts. Warrior pops to his feet and hits some very bad looking clotheslines, a shoulder and the splash to retain.
Rating: D. Those lights tell you everything you need to know about Warrior's title reign. You could clearly see the empty seats and the lights went down just a moment or two later. The people just didn't not care to see what was coming after Hogan and the fact that it was the next champion is a very bad sign. The match was this year's version of Savage vs. One Man Gang from a few years back but nowhere near as entertaining. It seems that the money was in the chase for Warrior instead of the title reign itself.
Not as high as he should. The man weighed over 400lbs and landed on his feet trying a moonsault. That's not normal.

He had some good matches with Undertaker too, including In Your House XVI.
Oh dang. Uh.......off the VERY top of my head, I think I gave a match a -G once, as in it went so far down that it went into negative letters and then went past F again. It might have been Warrior vs. Goldust from In Your House 7, which isn't really even a match.
For best I don't think I've ever gone past A+, but I gave Wrestlemania X7 as a whole an A++.

He might not have known they were going on.
1) The guy who's in charge of talent relations (the people Devlin complained to) and NXT is shit at his job if he doesn't know what's going on and if so, we should be mad at him.
2) Triple H not only knows about this, he disregards reports and discourages others to report.

3) Ignorance is not an excuse when the head trainer who you hired is physically abusing injured talent.
So, in light of that, why the hell aren't we more mad at HHH right now?

Off the top of my head it's more at least a half dozen former employees of varying levels of gruntledness, Bob Holly (I'm assuming he doesn't count as a disgruntled former employee) and anecdotally, Paige (reported the strength trainer's abuse at a talent meeting) and Harley Race (encouraged Devlin or another ex-NXT trainee to report the situation to TR).
Again, I'd like to know for sure, or at least as close as you can get to being sure, that this happened.
The reports about Bill DeMott aren't new, are remarkably consistent and per Ryan Nemeth not being properly investigated. Without being there, I don't see how much closer you can get.

Two (at least) were reported to HR. In the case of Devlin, DeMott was informed about the complaint and was interrogated in his office (where it is known by talent that DeMott keeps a gun. Something previously mentioned in reports about Bill being an abusive coach from 2013). He then backed down from his claim due to intimidation. The report was subsequently dropped.
Paige reported the sexual abuse in a talent meeting (though it was already known about and disgarded because of the source).
These allegations seem to have something to them, but as they said in A Few Good Men, it doesn't matter what I believe, it matters what I can prove.
And if Hunter wasn't protecting assholes, creating an environment and actually investigated these reports he'd have found the proof. As is, it seems we're in a situation where an abuser has a position of power (and protection by his superiors) over vulnerable people and that is not an environment conducive to reporting abuse.
