How far in advance were IYH names usually advertised?

They mostly had a subtle hint to the card / time and made PPVs stand out, which is what I loved about them. Something like "Beware Of Dog" or "Canadian Stampede" immediately makes a picture pop into your mind, while "Armageddon 2006" for example has no relevance.
