This belt lasted for about a year and a half. The name is from the fact that it started in the UWF out of Tulsa. What you’re looking at here are the only two men to ever have the title. Keep in mind that the WESTERN STATES Title is being defended in New York. Larry is just as annoying looking as he used to be. Again, no reason for this to be on the card or anything. It’s just there.

ROFL.

KB ^ thats from your bunkhouse stampede review. LOLOL. You did not like this PPV at all.

What's your thoughts on Jim Crockett?

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Triple H is making another change to how the future will be for WWE.

He is starting to do away with word for word scripts and teach the developmental talents how to work with bullet points. This allows each talent to learn how to speak as their character and rely more on their own creative ability versus just reading what someone else wrote for them.

This is how WWE use to be with the characters, having more range, and Triple H is expected to continue to bring more old school elements back to the company.

Had to get your thoughts on this.

Well of course you did. What would a news story be without you asking me about it?

It's a good idea. Promos are always better when they can be themselves and add their own stuff instead of reading lines off a screen.

Would I be right in thinking you aren't planning to?

Do you think a lot of wrestlers have a tendancy to lie in rest holds for too long? By which I mean, a headlock or a chinlock gets applied and then both wrestlers stay pretty much still until it's time to fight it off. I ask because when I watched Kruger vs Gabriel I noticed during the period after the break that Kruger was constantly changing his holds, and when he had a chance Justin seemed to be trying to get to his feet or towards the ropes. Even during the headlocks to open the match he tried to trap Leo's arm. When they were in a hold they weren't just doing nothing. They were moving, if that makes sense.

I will later tonight if I remember.

Absolutely. It drives me crazy when they just sit there and take the hold. At least kick your legs or something.

Also, kicking your legs allows you to disguise talking. Which is especially useful if you're leading the match and want to tell someone when to start fighting up from aforementioned submission.

Were the implications about Audrey Marie giving Banks love letters and telling her that there's nothing she can do about her coming intentional, or is Dusty a lot more oblivious than I think he is?

I'll re ask that question when we get a storyline update for whose two.

Do you think some of the onus is also on the guy in the hold? If the other guy's not doing shit, then swap to a different one so it looks like you're still trying to hurt your opponent more.

I think most of it is on the guy in the hold. I love it when people mix up their holds, but if you're just laying there in a hold it doesn't matter how many holds the other guy puts on.

But I think that mixing stuff up can disguise the fact that the other guy's not doing very much. Like when Kruger was dropping a knee, you're looking at that rather than anything else. You can also force them into a different position. I agree that it's mostly on the guy in the hold, but the guy doing the hold can mitigate the problem somewhat if he is so inclined.

Oh dude if you think that's bad, check out the Uncensored 96 review.

Even I'm proud of the sarcasm in there.

He was good at what he did but he expanded WAY further than he should have.

yeah that was a pretty aweful PPV in your point of view.

I haven't seen it, and I don't plan on it either but I can tell it was bad.

is it just that you really don't like dusty rhodes
