I can't think of any over the years. I vaguely remember a minor elimination going wrong but I don't think it was in the Rumble.

I would think so. The reason I've heard for VInce getting hurt is he had been sitting for three hours and his legs weren't warmed up. If he was going to run in, he would have been ready to go.

This may not seem high profile enough, but what about Alex Riley in 2011. He was supposed to eliminate Cena, and they had to change things

In the old days they would be amateur wrestlers/former athletes. Today they're mainly old football players/indy guys. There isn't really one industry.

1. I'd be surprised. Like, very surprised.

2. No. She really is that bad.

3. Rikishi. Turning Hardy heel had potential but the execution after the turn was horrible. With Rikishi, there was no benefit other than shock value.

As for today, it's mainly aspiring writers not good enough to make it Hollywood.
