The Dungeon of Doom was a freak show collection and they had a mummy in a block of ice that exploded on Nitro. He appeared at Halloween havoc and dry humped Hogan. He appeared a handful of times and was never mentioned again.

Who would've been the fan favorite in the main event if Luger beat Yoko at WM10?

Is it ironic that Sting's supposed biggest and most important match ended in one of the most screwy victories ever?

So, on RAW a few months ago during a Nexus storyline, we cut back to ladies leg coming out of a limo, the next week on RAW we carry on as if nothing had happened (if memory seves me correctly, that is). Who do you think the lady actually was? A return of Stephanie?

Bret probably.

Ironic? Why?

Coolest spot in a hardcore match?

Probably Kurt suplexing Shane into the KOTR set over and over.

That would have been Lady Maguffin. And i'm pretty sure that was on the Raw where Rock came back.

Does The Rock wrestling at Survivor Series take something away from his match with Cena at Wrestlemania?

Nah.

What does it mean to be a Paul Heyman guy?

I believe a Paul Heyman guy was a term used for certain wrestlers signed to WWE exclusively by Heyman with him taking care of their name, gimmick, pay amongst other things. Heyman guys would usually get more money than regulars because Vince saw him as a good eye for talent and let be flexible with his policies. Of course this good faith ended after WWECW's PPV happened.

Ironic? Why?
Well, after the buildup, it was more or less the match to put your finger at today and say: "See, that's Sting's moment - the match of a legend". After what happened, it's more like Sting's most embarassing moment: from how the match went, it was the victory of a guy who didn't deserve the hype and he lost instead of gained a lot of heat.

Would a match between Bret and Shawn made Mania 13 better than it was? We wouldn't have gotten the Bret - Austin classic, but the Bret - Shawn feud was really awesome and what everyone waited for. I also think the "injury" of Shawn may have monkeywrenched plans for other potentially good matches and feuds.

And can you think of guys that were stuck in a wrong era and could be greater stars today?
I for example think Pillman could be a major star, the loose cannon gimmick would probably have more possibilities right now and there are more top guys that would mash with his style.
Also, while Steamboat was a main eventer for a while, he never really stuck at the top. His size wouldn't be a problem, his phenomenal in-ring ability could lead him higher and there aren't that many faces with his honest worker gimmick today.

Eh not really. With WCW, that match was more of a turning point for the whole company rather than just Sting. I don't know if I'd call it ironic though.

Yeah it would have been. Manias tend to be remembered for their main events and Taker vs. Sid is one of the weakest ever.

Maybe not today, but Bad News Brown, Ken Shamrock, Mil Mascaras, Owen Hart and a few others would have been better in other eras. Can you imagine Brown (a legit Olympic medalist in judo) fighting in the Attitude Era, perhaps as the leader of the Nation? Brown vs. Austin could have been GOLD.

The thing is today, Steamboat wouldn't be able to use the abilities that make him great. he'd be given a stupid name and a worst gimmick/no TV time. The ability to work a good match is almost worthless anymore.

Since I've been talking about it pretty exclusively the past few days, what are your thoughts on CHIKARA? I know you've reviewed it before, once I think, but have you seen shows from this year? Any chance at all that you're going to watch (hopefully order) their iPPV November 13?

Considering I haven't ordered/paid for part of a show since InVasion, I wouldn't bet highly on that. I might take a look at it down the road though. I kind of keep up with it but not extensively.

Not Hogan/Andre? The match that sold 93,000 seats and got wrestling's highest ratings before or since. Though, admitedly those were two separate matches but still...

What makes you keep watching wrestling every week?

Without Hogan vs. Sheik, Hogan vs. Andre I or II doesn't happen.

It's more entertaining than anything else on and I've gotten invested into the characters and stories over the years.

Are the ring spots like the breaking of ring or chokeslam(or similar move) through the ring planned?

What was the last thing Alex Riley did on WWE TV?

EDIT: also confused as to why they arent using him. They put a lot of tv and PPV time into turning him, and he was actually pretty fuckin over? So what gives?
