Eh to an extent but at the end of the day he was a bit too small to get things to work right I think.

Do you feel that Cruiserweights like Eddie, Dean, Rey, Jericho, Benoit or Ultimo could have/should have been elevated to World Title contention or were they all too small/lacking in mic skills?

I think it's possible but only a handful of them could have worked. Throwing them in there even as main event jobbers would have done wonders for WCW though.
