Besides Taker vs. Cena, what is the one big WrestleMania Main Event on the current roster? Or is there even a possibility as of right now?

On paper, none that I can think of. The thing is though you can make almost any match into a Mania level match if the build is right.

Apparently Hogan being a main character is Spike's fault, as they think it = ratings

Do you think WWE will ever get rid of their women's division, or at least have considered it?

Yeah....not buying that at all.

Nah. They help get through the show and adds an additional appeal to the show as you have 12 year old boys that will love to stare at and drool over. Hot women work in wrestling and having them in tiny outfits and roll around is almost a universally successful idea in some area.

There was a WZ report that said Spike thought that Hogan should be a minor characteer, but then they wanted him to be on every show at least once because RATINGS

Do you think TNA was doing fine back in like, November/December before Hogan joined? I was enjoying the product back then even more than I did in the first couple months of the Hogan regime

I was too. It was an actual alternative as the focus was on wrestling and I was enjoying it.

why do people think lance storm is boring when he and scott steiner were the most entertaining things in WCW's dying days

Best build you can remember for a not for the Main Event. Two answers, one for WrestleMania, the other for any other PPV.

Because at that point, it was over and any expectations you had of the show went out the window so your levels of acceptance were lowered heavily. That and Lance Storm is awesome.

Mania: Hogan vs. Andre or Rock vs. Austin II. I could not wait to see these two fights and that's saying a lot as I knew the ending to Hogan vs. Andre going in. The promos and build were that solid.

Non-Mania: Sting vs. Hogan. That literally was over 15 months of buildup and you could argue over three years as other than a total throwaway match on Ntiro that ended in DQ, they never had that big showdown.

Rock vs. Austin for sure. But then again, gearing up for TLC II, Taker vs. Triple H, and Rock vs. Austin all rocked the great build. I wasn't around for Hogan vs. Andre though. Know the story for the most part though. Great stuff.

I'll have to search just for the promo leading up to it. I know you can't capture it all in one promo, Sting turning from Surfer to the Crow outfit and all else from the nWo and what not.

What about favorite mid-card builds. Same options, Mania and non-Mania.

I've reviewed all of the Superstar shows for aboput three months leading up to Hogan/Andre. They're awesome.

There really wasn't one promo but rather a bunch of WCW guys failing to stop him with Sting constantly being the one guy that everyone knew could stop Hogan dead but he'd never flat out challenge him. It took a vulture and a voice sounding like Macullay Culkin to get it to work but it was awesome.

Mania: Savage vs. Steamboat. Steamboat's return on SNME to stare down Savage is great stuff.

Non-Mania: either HHH vs. Rock at Summerslam 98 or Austin vs. Rock at IYH 19. Both just awesome feuds that culminated in big time matches.

Could a gimmick like Jake Roberts (using snakes) be used today? Like someone bringing a "vicious" animal to the ring to freak out the opponent.

If you had to choose, which animal would you use for such a gimmick? Obviously we won't see it but it's fun to think of these things.

Hulk Hogan. He moved around very well for his size and is considered one of the worst in ring workers ever in the main event scene.

Face. As a heel he's just worthless.
