KB...out of both wrestling companies, TNA, WWF/E, given the fact that we know the announcing is scripted (from seeing the camera blunder on TNA when u see Tenay and West caught reading their scripts) and the fact we know that WWE has their little earbuds that feeds them ideas/lines, etc, do you think one company tends to have a little big more 'realistic' feel to the action, given we know that all of it is a work, but still, no one can deny the ever famous quotes from predecessors like JR, or Gorilla Monsoon or Heenan, which company can make it look effortless to have the 'Great' moments that leave people talking by the watercooler the next day?? Doesn't matter if its current or past announcers...can be any generation,,,

What would benefit the Miz more? Cashing in the Money in the Bank at Wrestlemania or losing the MITB, winning the Royal Rumble, and winning a title at Wrestlemania?

Dang I stop for a bit to review some stuff and this place goes nuts.

Interesting choice, I would go with the Diamond Cutter.

What was the first match you ever watched?

The first thing I remember seeing is at the end of a COTC where Sting beat the Black Scorpion but he was a fake Scorpion.

Do you think that CM Punk would be a good choice for this upcoming Royal Rumble to win it?

Nah. he's not a big enough name at the moment.

Do you believe Hulk Hogan or Eric Bischoff will EVER leave the world of wrestling? Or at least step out of the spotlight?

As long as there are people that are easy to get inside the heads of like Dixie Carter that have a big checkbook, no.

Will Hulk Hogan ever wrestle for the TNA World Title?

I hope not but I'll never rule it out completely.

So the reason I'm wrong is because you can't stand the expression "agree to disagree?":wtf:

No you're wrong because you asked about the cash-in and I said it felt like nothing. At that moment, nothing of note was happening because of it. You started talking about stuff that happened later. You're wrong because of that.

Yeah WWE definitely is more realistic sounding. Tenay will not shut up half the time and Taz is good for nothing but jokes. WWE often times gets me with nothing but silence. When big things happen, most of the time people don't talk. That makes it more realistic sounding to me.

The second. It makes him look more and more legit. He needs some clean wins to give himself credibility which he's rapidly getting.

I'll name announcers and you tell me if they were good or bad and why they were good or bad.

Jim Ross.

Tony Schiavone.

Lance Russell.

Gordon Solie.

Ron Trongard.

Gorilla Monsoon.

Great storyteller, got too enthusiastic at times but overall the best ever.

I blame Bischoff more for his annoyances than I do Tony. He's the voice of WCW and always will be.

Solid as he stayed around forever and was like a local baseball announcer: it wouldn't have been right without him.

Great for his time but wouldn't fit today at all.

Not a fan. Came off like a gameshow host for some reason.

Grew up with him, great commentator (screw you Meltzer).

1. Why the E gave the MitB contract to Swagger if he was jobbing to Santino?
2. Back in '04, what went wrong with Orton's program (being face and WHC)?
3. Favorite Eddie/Rey match?

He wasn't jobbing to Santino. That's a stupid concept and never was true.

He got popular and HHH wasn't happy with that.

The ladder match as you get the line "the following contest is for the custody of Dominic!"

better chemistry Angle/Benoit or Joe/Punk

Angle/Benoit.

What's your favorite Undertaker gimmick?

How did you become a wrestling fan?

If Brock had stayed and faced HHH at Mania 21, where do you think would Batista be career wise?

Funniest moment you can remember off the top of your head?

Favorite manager?

What did you think of the Blade Runners as a tag team?

At the time they were just young muscleheads thrown together that sucked in the ring. The pairing makes sense though.

The Mortician.

My mom was one and took me to shows and watched it with me. I loved Hogan.

Not much probably as you can't have that many muscle guys.

Shawn isn't controversial at Cyber Sunday. I crack up every time.

Heenan.
