Just thinking about this based on the current WZT match up of Warrior vs Flair. Has there ever been a match with such a severe beating that the opponent just quits because he doesn't want to take any more punishment?
Why did Howard Finkel always announce them as 'Christian and Edge' when everyone else referred to them as Edge and Christian?? The name on screen when they came out always said 'Edge and Christian' too. A little pet peeve of mine, always has been.
Just some fun facts that just hit me. It's been almost exactly 10 years since Cena won his first world title and he's won 15 of them since. That's 1.5 reigns a year. Factoring in that he's held a world title for a combined 3.8191 years and it comes out to, on average, a title win every 5 months, which, if you include the years worth of injury time he has taken off during that time period comes to a title win every 4 months and 1 week of being an active wrestler.
Considering that, can you give me a stretch of 6 months from his first title win to him dropping it to lesnar where cena hasn't been injured or held a world title? If you can then can you tell me how many times he challenged for it in that same stretch?
Bryan
Orton
Cena
Batistq
Didn't he also not hold it from around Fatal 4 Way 2010 til Extreme Rules 2011? As in he lost it at F4W, Sheamus won it in a fatal four way I believe.
Before I ask my question I went digging around for your answer from last year to see how it stacked up. So the above wrestlers were guys who you predicted would hold the title between Mania 30 and 31.
Same question, who do you think will hold the title between Mania 31 and 32?
That would be a stretch for me. Lesnar winning the Rumble would be ok, but against a heel Bryan doesn't do blow my skirt up.
