WHY does everyone think wrestling is FAKE???

Because it's what they've been told for years and have never actually seen it. A very fun conversation to have:

Non-fan: Man wrestling is fake. It's so stupid.

Fan: Yeah that's true it is.

Later in the conversation.

Non-fan: Man I love *insert show or movie here*

Fan: Isn't that fake?

Non-fan: Well of course it is.

Fan: *blank stare until the person realizes what they just admitted*

In truth, I hate the term "fake" being applied to wrestling as the performers are taking real bumps and sometimes suffering real injuries. I prefer the term "fiction", which I think is more accurate.
