I think a lot of the people that say so and so wouldn't work int he Attitude Era are missing something: a lot of the guys back then would be hamstrung as hell today. Also the midcard was pretty bad back then as Benoit wasn't there until 2000, Angle late 99 and Jericho late summer of 99. Miz would have thrived in the era of midcard guys like Road Dogg and Billy Gunn and Godfather. He wouldn't have cracked the main event, but he would have thrived in the midcard.

So KB...help me decide...what benefits does A.Ri have in being the Miz's lackey now? If you look at it my way, he gets to take the beatings that Miz should get, and gets beat up on a weekly basis by either Orton, Cena, or whoever, (Big Zeke..or whoever they send him out as the sacrificial lamb to) and then be Miz's glorified luggage handler. You would think that as 'grateful' as Miz is for the service, he'd maybe reward ARi with a shot at the gold? I mean, even Daniel Bryan, who 'hated' his mentor, did better by declaring his 'contempt' for him. I was debating his today with a friend of mine as we pondered this. Even the fact that Miz's 'buddy' Cole got an azz whooping by RKO. Does it really benefit Cole, or A.Ri to be buddies to Miz? They seem to have more cons than pros if they are his buddy. Your thoughts.

Cole mentioned that Miz paid him.

How would a Cena/Kane feud work out?

I'm not sure. It could be decent though. Any feud can work if it's built up right. If you give them a serious reason to be fighting and the talking is done right, it could certainly work.

It's SyFy. I mean, you can spell it different, but when I think of SyFy... I think of Star Trek, Battlestar Gallactica and old episodes of the Twilight Zone. Not wrestling.

It would make as much sense as anything. When Robert Parker and Bunkhouse Buck are your stars you can't be that intelligent.

Thoughts on if WWE ever ended the brand split. I thought when i saw Smackdown it was pretty cool that RAW storylines was passed over to the next day like how the A.E did (Thursday not next day)

Has there ever been a Ceauşescu moment in wrestling?

What in the hell would a Romanian politician have to do with wrestling?

What are your favourite Puro matches?

I don't watch puro.

It's possible, but at the same time I think Vince likes it this way. I'd like to see more interaction but maybe not a merger. It could happen though.

Favourite & least favourite(Not necessarily the worst) match of 2010?

Favorite: Sheamus vs. Morrison, Falls Count Anywhere. Fun match all around where they beat the hell out of each other and Morrison got to show off like no other. Great stuff.

Least: Main event of Destination X. It was a comedy match for the world title in a match where no one on the planet gave Abyss a single chance at all.

By Ceauşescu moment I mean a moment where you can actually see someone going 'Oh fuck, the fans hate this'?

Uncensored 96, the main event. Bobby and Tony just rip the thing apart as they knew it was awful.

KB, can you clear something up for me? I was watching the SD 10 Year Anniversary DVD, and i was watching Edge/Hogan v Billy/Chuck and i thought to myself, why did Hogan suddenly disappear at the end of that run? I didn't read dirtsheets and wasn't part of the IWC back then so i've no idea.

Obviously he started the 'Mr. America' angle, but then suddenly one week, Vince came out and said 'I've got proof Hogan is Mr. America so he's fired', and that was literally it. No farewell from Hogan, no mentioning it on commentary, no reaction from Steph who was in on the whole angle as well, so i was just wandering what happened there?

Was it typical Vince and Hulk arguing over storylines and Hogan just jacked it in or was there a more respectable reason for it that time around?

It was a combination of things. Hogan wanted more money, plus there were potential lawsuits from Marvel over Mr. America being too close to Captain America and they were already in hot water almost all the time over the name Hulk. They almost had to edit out all references to the name Hulk, such as they do with WWF. It would have been awful, so they let him go instead.
