A few questions about ECW (just saw the Rise and Fall of ECW):


Was ECW really as relevant as Paul Heyman thinks it was?

Did Austin actually have matches in ECW?

Did ECW have that many botches or was it just the WWE focusing a lot on them? Most of the moves shown in the DVD were near-botches.

Do you find it ironic that Paul Heyman was ripping the NWA because of their refusal to change, but eventually it was ECW's refusal to change that forced them to close?

There were a ton of them. At the end of the day they were just not as talented as other guys a lot of the time.

Indeed. It's almost like its a double standard but it's ok for ECW but not the NWA. Clearly though I just don't get ECW for some reason that ECW fans can't quite explain.
