That's funny because it was rumored that it would happen last year at SummerSlam then at WrestleMania this year but it never happened.

For one thing, it wasn't for the world title. Second, it was played up for comedy there, while in WCW it was the top storyline. Also it wasn't going up against one of WCW's best moments ever.
