Bad since that's the VP, not the president.

Odds are it's either Bully Ray, Samoa Joe or Joseph Park. Of those three, only Joe wouldn't be a disappointment.

Sure.

It did, but that's not necessarily a good thing. Company-wide angles are REALLY bad ideas.

Fair enough, but you can get some interesting things out of Twitter if you actually used it. Regal regularly drops advise for aspiring wrestlers for example, Barrett furthered his I AM A MEGASTAR gimmick there too. There are also wrestlers who are decent to interact with too. Regal's willing to answer questions about the business/matches, for example.

why did hogan seem to do the job more than usual in 2002?

That's a very good question that I don't think there's a known answer to. In 2002 Hogan was giving rubs to anyone that asked for one and was the ultimate selfless veteran. Then 2003 came and he went back to his normal stuff but in 2002 he was all kinds of good. I'm not sure why though.

A bit yeah but it makes me think Abyss/Park is with the bikers.
