No it didn't top MITB. As far as anything else....not sure. Orton vs. Christian have had some great matches.

The Vanilla Midgets is a term for small guys that WCW decided had little to no appeal and the company decided they were never going anywhere. Such names include Perry Saturn, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, most of the Cruiserweights. Basically the company decided those guys were never going to be pushed because they didn't have "it", namely due to them being smaller and lacking "personality".

No you can't but at Summerslam they debuted a thing where you can buy a radio for $15 where you can hear the commentary. You get to keep the radio and it works as an FM radio afterwards. Without those though, no you can't which is a problem at times but a nice change of pace.

If done in the right way i.e. kept to no longer than about 10-12 mins, in a no DQ environment and most importantly with Punk winning, could Punk vs Nash be an entertaining match?

Sure. Nash follows a simple philosophy in the ring: use a very basic set of power moves and rely on the other guy to sell them well. Punk will do that, and Nash will look fine.

Seriously? They don't set up speakers or anything? No wonder most crowds are so quiet...

Yeah you hear no commentary at all. You hear the entrance music and you can hear what's said on microphones and on the screen but as far as commentary goes, not a thing.

How do you feel about Goldberg? I'm just watching a few videos on YouTube and I'm really starting to like the guy.

The guy caught lightning in a bottle like almost no one I've ever seen. WCW messed that guy up like almost no one I've ever seen.

It went WAY too far. I'm sorry but the idea of crucifixions and sacrifices and drinking blood isn't something that belongs on a wrestling show.

I read your Rumble 99 review, and it seems that you were pretty disgusted by a lot of what went down in that year. Where do you draw the line when it comes to characters that use over-excessive amounts of violence (like the Ministry) or exploit sex (The Godfather)?

Dang I missed a lot. Sorry about that.

There was a Supreme Court Justice named Potter Stewart who dealt with a lot of cases about pornography. He was asked to define pornography and said: "I can't give you a definition, but I know it when I see it." Same thing applies here.

Probably late 80s WWF. There's a lot of very interesting stuff in there and a LOT of long running and intricate stories going on.

Maybe but it looks like the stories are being split up. It's likely though as they need main events before then.

If you want to, just let me know. I'm splicing it up as we speak to send to JMT. This nifty audio software freaking rocks!

Where does Punk/Cena from the past two months rank as far as entertaining storylines of the past oh, four years?
