How does WWE screw up Roman Reigns being over this time?

Oh there's a long list but we'll start with:

1. Put the title on Sheamus.

2. Have him talk for 15 minutes a week because he's a star and that's what stars are supposed to do.

3. Have him wrestle the same boring matches he's had for a year that don't work but they keep going with them anyway.

Does Roman keeps the title past Rumble or would be just another screw up to set Reigns/HHH at Mania?

Or maybe set HHH/Reigns at Rumble and have Lesnar or Cena wins Rumble for Reigns/Lesnar 2 or Reigns/Cena?

To make the fans want to see him win it. If he had kept it after beating Ambrose, no one would care. Now they care.

Yeah I get that. I have no problem with Reigns being champion at all and the way he won it tonight was pretty decent to see. Maybe it was just the fact that Survivor Series was so poorly built IMO and how predictable it was really turned me off the Sheamus vs Reigns feud before it even started. Also I guess I just expected a different way for Reigns to be in this position. However It has somehow worked.

Pretty much yeah.

Damn. I really should of expected it from WWE. They could easily make this stable be something meaningful for quite sometime if they atleast tried.

When was the last time the WWE World Heavyweight Championship (or WWE Championship/World Heavyweight Championship) changed hands on RAW/SD during a normal, non-MITB match that didn't involve injury/suspension? Just plain old unexpected storyline-driven title change.

Edge beat RVD/Cena in 06 after RVD got high in a car with Sabu. There's been like 10 Cash-ins. There was a battle Royale on Smackdown after Batista got hurt. Those are the only relatively recent title changes that happened on TV and not on PPV.

I seriously can't remember when it happened last. HHH was awarded the WHC in 2002. HHH beat Big Show on RAW in late 1999/early 2000. HHH beat Foley after Summerslam 1999. Austin beat Kane in 1998 King of the Ring. They are literally the only ones that come to mind.

Didn't Cena beat Rey for the title on a RAW during the Summer of Punk? If I remember right Rey won a tourney or battle royal for a vacant title, Cena was reinstated after being fired & given a title shot vs. Rey in the ME of that same Raw where he won the title, & then Punk came back with the real title.

July 2011 when Cena beat Mysterio.

Cena wasn't reinstated. He basically just said he should get a shot later that night and received one.

Who faces Reigns at WM32 for the title, assuming he's champion until then - Cena, Lesnar, HHH, or someone else?

The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards Cena.

Last night, I had a feeling the ominous appearance of Vince McMahon was going to result in Vince congratulating Roman..... and starting the long-abandoned war within the Authority in which Vince battles Mr. & Mrs. Levesque for corporate supremacy.

Is that war a thing of the past....or do you think we'll eventually see it?

If so, who wins?

Two nights of great storytelling, and so many people are once again excited and enthusiastic about the WWE. Why do WWE make it so hard for themselves? Surely, Cena 2.0 isn't going to be paraded come 2016, right?

On another note;
Why are there so many smarks who fail to understand in-ring storytelling? Not every match needs 1000+ moves to interest an audience, actually, I'd go as far as saying, that the majority of people tune into WWE for the Storylines and good Wrestling matches at the end of feuds are merely "icing on the cake". (Sheamus vs Reigns at TLC can attest to that. 'Good match, appalling feud')

The more I think about it the less likely I think it is. The Authority seems here to stay.

He probably will be.

Because fans are stupid and think the Ring of Honor story is better, even though nothing really suggests that's the case.

Still not interested in Roman going forward even though the E' made some positive steps these last two days, and probably will not follow the E' barring your reviews. Am I being consistent or just a fan looking for things to dislike?

Thinking about it, WWE putting the title on a redhot Roman Reigns makes a load of sense, and actually makes things easier booking-wise, given they rid themselves of having to feature Sheamus in a major storyline on the RtWM.

With Reigns as Champion, surely he goes into Mania to face one of Brock Lesnar or John Cena, right, or is he going to go against the LoN until Triple H at Mania?

Mhm. I suppose I'm just feeling like a battered housewife every time her husband comes showered & sober to the women's shelter to pick her up. I mean sure, you look respectable and all, but that's not going to last...

It would seem HHH but I really can't see it happening for some reason.

A lot of people feel like that and I more than get it.
