My impressions after one game:
Graphics: Pretty solid. Everything looks crisp, clean and very realistic. Also, the sound effects are very realistic. IMO, the mark of a true good looking game is if it blends in and can be confused with real life. From a graphics standpoint, it does. Solid.
Gameplay: Defense's seem weak to me. Then again, I was LSU up against Washington so I may need a better sample before judging. This was on the default settings, as I never changed them from the beginning when I first popped it in.
BTW, why the hell must we sit through another PS3 update every fucking time a new game comes out? Annoying as hell...
Controls: Easy to figure out.
Was it fun? As far as football games go, I enjoyed it. The commentary was stupid as usual, but when is it not? You could hear the ref call out the penalty, which was two in my game, so that's always nice. At this point, I wouldn't buy it, but I'm about to explore the road to glory feature and some other features.
So far, I've only started a dynasty and played one game(LSU is my favorite team in the game). I'm intrigued by this feature so it should be interesting.

Well, the concept is the same almost, in terms of the foundation it seems, but what's new to me is that Erin Andrews is featured and she has a crew taking videos and pics of you as she follows your ascent into the college world. I'm at the high school level right now.

Is the game an upgrade over last years (hell i don't even know if you played 09)? I have 09 but don't know if I should shell out the 60 bucks for it. I'm a sucker every year for the new games because they have updated rosters.
