Get some weights for your home, I paid for my own workout equipment and jog weekly, its cheaper and at least you can monitor your own training without paying any adittional charges for a personal trainer, I lost 25 pounds within a month just doing it myself

buying your own equipment FTW. all of mine is up around 500$ but its very well worth it
