I dig in-ring Joe. I do not dig out-of-ring Joe. Guy cuts promos like he went to the Nick Cage school of acting — puts the emphasis on all the wrong words and all the wrong syllables and just raises his voice to make what he's saying seem like it has more weight. It doesn't.

Fix his mic work and you'll fix the character IMO.

Joe doesn't need to talk. Let him be the unstoppable killing machine he was before the Angle feud took him down about 5 notches and they waited WAY too long to put the title on him and then he couldn't even beat Sting because no one is allowed to beat sting in this company.
