Well, the announcer thing isn't really relevant, but I know what you mean. In that it takes away time that could be dedicated to making another star.

He's yet to win the XDC, but I feel like they're doing right by Sutter right now. Far and away he has the most hope as a graduate.

The bickering announcers are relevant to everything. They dominate every segment and we've seen shots of them in more than one match.

I still remember that entire debacle like it was yesterday. Daniels had to insult the crowd, who turned their back on Venis, just to get them to partially buy in to him being the heel, because Venis not only didn't fucking belong, but got brought in as a FACE. Brutal.

Well Impact was pretty insufferable back then as well. There were entertaining moments but I kept thinking about how much trouble they were creating for themselves down the line. Now it's just over seven years later and we're watching Chris Masters and Brodus Clay in a major match.
