Impact Support Club House

I have no idea. They remind me some of the Bucks. There's not much to them from what I've seen, though my history of their work is exactly two matches long.

It seems like a lot of the same foundation — kick, high spot, kick, kick, kick. Tell the camera how great you are. Kick. Another high spot. Kick finish. Tell the camera how great you are.

I guess that's what constitutes personality today, but the thing I'm most impressed by is the fact that the one brother has Ghost-inspired tights.

Exactly what IDR said. Minus I personally do not find them great. Entertaining, yes. But great? Nah, not great.

On an unrelated note, GFW has been announced as one of the promotions running a show through WrestleCon over Wrestlemania weekend. I'll be trying to go, schedule permitting.

Right. I read about those rumors a few days ago — that's why I'm thinking this could be a catalyst for it. In other words, he takes a leave of absence to return to active duty (temporarily), then GFW drums up the discord between he and Patron over the next however long.

Just trying to find a silver lining. History suggests otherwise, obviously. This company doesn't do well with maintaining creative leadership. Ever.

If that's the case.....allow me to be the first to say it:

Who cares?

Like really, if Jeff Jarrett vs. Alberto El Patron is one of the featured matches at the biggest show of the year, why in the world is that supposed to be interesting? That sounds like a dull indy match from five years ago and now it's the second or third biggest match of the year? Then again this is the promotion with Chris Masters as the lackey for the top heel. Well ninth or tenth heel as an MMA group are the real top heels.

Fair enough. I haven't been a fan of Alberto in years. He's one of the least interesting people in wrestling history and Jarrett is only slightly above him. If that's the best they can do, they're not even worthy of Pop TV.

As much as I agree that alberto is boring, when he rocked up in Lucha Underground with the AAA Mega Championship all fired up about the racism stuff with the WWE I thought he was going to become white hot. Thats completely fizzled out and now the only thing thats white about alberto goes up his nose

IWPGFWWIW!

For those of you who can't spell, that's:

Impact Wrestling Presents Global Force Wrestling Impact Wrestling!

You mean a company with a horrible TV deal, next to no live events, very cheap merchandising and not even as much as ticket sales to its TV tapings which is also having to rent a sound stage at Universal and is bringing in talent such as Johnny Mundo and Alberto El Patron isn't raking in cash?

Yet some people are still surprised?

Anyone up for Billy Corgan vs. Dixie Carter in a "Whatever We're Calling It This Week" on a pole match for control of the company at Bound For Glory?

No, but I'm up for Anthem selling the company to Billy Corgan, and Corgan, now the owner of NWA, re-branding (yes, again), shutting it all down, and completely repackaging everything under HIS vision. Only his. No more GFW Anthem Impact Wrestling Presents Impact Global Force mumbo jumbo.

NWA. One single vision. One man's vision.
