A Post Is Worth A Thousand Words
One of my writing ideas is actually a TV series based on my 4 years of high school, but I haven't fully fleshed it out yet. If I did do that, I'd want 5 seasons, but I don't know how I could get 5 seasons out of 4 years. Uneven number.
But for the last 3 years of my life, not enough has happened to sustain a TV show.

The show goes to your life in college!... then University!, thenwhile you get your PhD. Then your life as a professor at that university!
Boy Meets World did 7 seasons and skipped a grade or 2. It started with the boys and Topanga in 6th grade and ended with them in sophomore year of college.

The hilarity and brilliance of my life would be too big for the small screen. At the very least, it would warrant an HBO miniseries that would sweep the Emmys and win a Peabody Award. More than likely, it would be the basis for an Oscar-winning film that would take its place in the pantheon of epic comedies as soon as it was released.

Woke up, posted on WZ. Ate some things. Went to work and posted on WZ. Had lunch break and posted on WZ. Received pay, then went back to posting on WZ. Went home, posted on WZ. Went to sleep, and dreamed about HBK-aholic. Sleep-walked to the computer and posted on WZ.
Might be able to pad that out to a few episodes.

Make one season a combination of all your greatest summer moments, put them all in one crazy summer, probably before senior year, so it would be season 4, lead up to a romance, and have season five episode one answer that question, and then bring it home.

At the moment, since I haven't planned out the storylines and such (just working on the different characters), I thought I could probably have senior year be two seasons just due to its sheer size. More things happened in senior year for everyone than any other year. Tough to plot out, cause obviously stuff that happens during the summer matters as well, but the most logical structure would be 4 seasons of 4 school years, which clearly needs tweaking, as the main reason to have 5 seasons is that a lot of TV shows hit their syndication limit in their 5th season. I know I can't do the college years, as not enough interesting things happened that could translate to a TV series.
We'll see. I'm much better at plotting out graphic novels and such than a TV series, but who knows lol. You might turn on the TV one night and see...well...I haven't picked between the two temporary titles yet lol.

I'm puttin my sitcom on HBO cause I am not gonna have my profanity censored. My sitcom would be about my 4 years of high school which would last to 6 seasons.
Here's how it would go down.
Season 1- Freshman Year
Season 2- Sophomore Year
Seasons 3 & 4- Junior Year
Seasons 5 & 6- Senior Year

Then it would get cancelled, then after a few years due to increased DVD sales it would pick up in our last year of university. I'd return at the end of the season, and we'd go for another 3 or 4 after that. Also included would be a spin off of the guys who moved to London and were questioned on terrorism charges after finding a USB pen drive on the tube.
