If you could turn one superstar....

Getting Noticed By Management
OTHER THAN JOHN CENA!!!

If you could turn one superstar from heel to face or face to heel, who would it be and why?

I think a lot of people would turn faces heel because apparently you are cool if you go against the crowd and root for heels but for me? I'd turn CM Punk face. I know that's almost blasphemy because he is the greatest heel now that Jericho is gone but I really think SD! needs a ME Face that can cut good promos and have credible runs with the title. Taker simply doesn't appear enough and Rey is boring. Christian could fit this role but he must be getting punished for going to TNA or something because he's going no where. RAW has fan-favorite faces such as Cena, Orton, Bourne, and HHH when he returns but SD! really lacks that guy that will carry the brand and I think CM Punk could fit the bill.

I'll actually post one example in either direction.

In terms of face to heel, I'd turn John Morrison back into the brash, cocky, arrogant heel he used to be when he was still relevant. Since his face turn he has been bland and generic and doesn't inspire anyone to either love him or hate him anymore. He went from one of my favorites to someone I am totally apathetic towards, and apathy is the worst emotion that a professional wrestler should ever produce in the fans. Great to be loved, interesting to be hated, but either way the fans have to care and if they don't, as they no longer do regarding JoMo, that's a bad thing.

In terms of heel to face, I'd like to see Chris Jericho return to the Y2J persona after he returns from his hiatus. While I like him as a heel, I love him as a face, and as a big Jericho fan, I would like to see him finish up his days in the WWE as a face rather than as a heel, even though he is extremely effective either way.

Go back to heel would be MVP in my opinion, a lot of people saw him as a future main eventer until he had this face turned and ended up dropping down the card immediately. He's great on the mic, solid in the ring, but as a heel you just loved to hate the guy. He was highly entertaining in my opinion and even made a guy like Matt Hardy look good in their feud (which was my favourite MVP feud). I don't know if you can still consider him a future champion but I'd like him to turn heel, than go into the MITB with a fresh new change, than win and become champion.

But, if Triple H comes back he would be my top choice for changing to be a heel. He plays the heel character so well and hasn't been a heel for about 5 years now. This guy is the biggest heel of the decade in my opinion, and when he was a heel I would always love to watch him lose. I dislike Goldberg a lot, and back in 2003 I was really hoping Goldberg would kick his ass.

To turn to a face for me would be Chris Jericho or Edge. I think for Jericho he has put over just about anyone as a heel, has feuded with them all has a heel, and has won many titles along the way. When he returns I hope he does return as a face, not something like Edge did at Survivor Series 2008. As for Edge, I also would like to see him as a face for the same reason, he's done it all as a heel and it has run its course. Both Jericho and Edge have had their long heel stints, now it's time for a solid run as a face.

I want to see a heel Triple H. Triple H was my favorite wrestler back in 2004-2006 period when he was beeing that major heel along with the greatest stable of all time Eveloution

I would like to see Chris Jericho turn face back to the Y2J gimmick after he returns from touring with Fozzy.

I guess I'll do what habs did also and post one for both directions.

I'll start with who I would want to turn heel. For this one, my pick is without a doubt, Triple H. I have said time and time again, that WWE lacks a dominant [individual] heel. Now, what better person to play that role than Triple H? Triple H has the look, the size, the psychological attribution, and the credibility to play this role perfectly. To the same time, rumor had it that when Triple H would return, he would come back as a heel. A Triple H heel turn could very well benefit the WWE, as well as give for interesting feuds.

Now, instead of turning someone face, I would like to turn him tweener. And for this, my pick is Edge. Since he returned at the Royal Rumble, Edge has been going through a good number of face and heel switches. The problem was that no matter what he did, Edge would still turn out to be stale and boring in the end---But when he came out on Friday, I saw something different; Edge was actually entertaining. He had his heel-ish attitude going on, yet the fans cheered for him. Edge has needed a REFRESHER in his character for quite some time now, and I believe this exactly the kind of thing he needs to get back on the map as one of the most entertaining superstars the WWE has.

i would turn christian heel he is just so much better in tna wow he was awsome he had a great entrance and song now he doesnt come out dressed up his hair is all messy lol in wwe he will never rise about mid card status he is funny too heel or face just like his former tag partner edge i just wish they could do something with him after he comes back maybe after he gets back at del rio or maybe he will lose to him get discusted then turn heel

hmm face to heel...john morrison i believe really needs to be turned heel. i feel he was mor succesful as a heel and he was more entertaining. jomo as face isnt as good. he not good on the mic as a face and i feel like hes just being burries by other faces like cena, orton, and daniel bryan. i also feel he could have better fueds as a heel,

heel to face would probobly have to be zack ryder. i think wwe really needs to change this guys gimick because it just lame. he has the look and he just needs to work on his mic skills and in ring presence.

I'm a big believer that it's not whether you play heel or face, but rather what you do with it that counts. John Morrison is boring as a face because he's allowed himself to be that way. MVP, I think, if he's given a good program, can work very well as a face. He just hasn't been given that good, solid program.

That said, I'd turn The Miz face fairly soon. And prep him to be the next real star in the WWE. Business-wise, it's a great decision, and I'll bet money the 'powers that be' recognize that. It's only a matter of time...

I'd also like to see what The Truth can do with his character if he turns heel.

Here's a list:

Triple H: The Cerebral Assasin, The Game, etc. was one of the most watched heels of our generation. He rained in heat from the crowd. But a few years ago he went face with Shawn Michaels in a reformation of Degeneration X. DX is over, Michaels is retired, so I believe HHH needs to go back to his wicked, wicked ways. Personally I thought he was a better bad guy then Edge.

MVP: I've said this a shitload of times- Montell Vontavious Porter was somebody you paid a little attention to. A little. But as a face he just doesn't have anything going for him but his stupid ""Ballin!" catchphrase that got old in the early millenium. As a heel he could go back to the "Highest Paid Athlete", a gimmick that would have gone over even more if he didn't drop it.

Christian: I went there. In his career, Christian as a heel gathered up a lot of storylines; from his CLB days to his frequent reign as an Intercontinental Championship and even scoring memorable wins like his Wrestlemania bout with Jericho (not to mention his tag-team days). Yes Captain Charisma scored the ECW Championship as a face, but what else did he do that was noteable? Job- that's it. Christian is a great heel and should turn in my opinion.

Personally out of the 3 I picked, I would turn HHH. He still has it in the tank; and another reign as a heel would definitely give the IWC something to talk about. I don't think many people care if MVP goes heel; he's a midcarder and won't do much overall. And Christian is garnishing a pop from the crowd as a face, so he is noticeable even as a face. But Triple H is the man that people would post about for weeks if he went bad; talking about his old days and recent time as heel.

ill turn edge face and i do think that wwe has taken steps in that direction.he can be a funny smartass smacktalking babyface.he was a great babyface in his singles run in 2002.he could insult guys within the boundaries of tv-pg.(something christian can as well)

he should have come back in this manner after his injury.instead they went with that stupid spear chant.

heel uh how bout john ce....oops!!!i cant state the truth can i???

so ill go with mvp though i think if he turns he will get involved in a feud with kofi at best.he'll have to work very hard to touch ME status again

I would change Cm Punk. he needs to go back to a face. Though I enjoy him as a heel, I would rather see him as a face and feud with Luke Gallows and Joey Mercury over the end of the SES

My answer to your question is...Christian. He's definitely better as a heel. It just comes natural to him. Just look at him when he was in TNA. He was the man during his heel runs.

Heel For heel, it would have to be Christian. I compare him to CM Punk in the sense that... as a heel they're both pretty high up their on my favorite wrestlers list but as faces they're boring and I don't bother watching them. I feel Christian is a natural born heel and needs to go back towards that way.

Face For face, I'm going with the miz. I say (probably) everyone sees Miz becoming a face (HUGE face for that matter like... on a cena level) in the future. But I'm impatient and I'd like to see how he'd turn out sooner rather than later.

Cm Punk is horrible face or heel!!! Christian is Awesome either way!! I would turn John Morrison.. he is the Best in the Business!! but as a nice guy I don't buy it!! A cocky heel would do well for him again

Undertaker: It could probably be impossible, but i would love to see the deadman's last run ending heel and being buried alive by Kane(or, Sheamus, Cena, Randy).

Sheamus: this guy will do way better as a face, but not your happy face, kind of brock lesnar face, when he only destroyed everyone clean.

When talking abt heel turn the only superstar that comes in my mind wud b John Morrison...hez young, gud looking, cocky and gr8 in the ring...
RAW needs a top notch heel...Miz is doin Gr8,Nexus has got boring....nd Sheamus has gone don from a barbaric Irishman to a wuss
comin bak to JoMO his matches wid Y2J nd Sheamus have been amazing...he needs to work up a lil with his microphone skills...he is a complete package...nd imagine a feud between The Miz nd JoMo for the WWE championship wud be epic...maybe as big as HHH-HBK or EDGE-CENA

SD desperately needs a face...not just any face a superstar FACE...nd its also said tht wwe management want SD to be as big as RAW nd they want to add sum entertainment segments like RAW does
Now with christian being out due to injury nd Mysterio out on break nd also Taker-Kane feud ending at SSin a buried alive match its certain tht one of the BOD will b out for a while

SD needs a top superstar now EDGE is the one guy who i feel can carry SD brand on his shoulder....he has done it in the past nd he can do it again...he is being wasted on RAW....the creative department can give another shot at EDGE for a face turn....nd the crowd are actually cheering for him everytime he is walking out post Summerfest (slam)...his segment with swagger was entertaining...i did enjoy it EDGE can fued with Jack Swagger,MVP and also Alberto Del Rio and help them elevate them to the mainevent nd also have a few reigns as the World Heavyweight Champion

face to heel i'd change the Big Show! hes sooooo lame when he good its unreal. a giant is suppose to be scary and horrible so he should be like that!

Heel to face i'd change Sheamus i think it would be interesting to see and would give him a new edge :)

Heel

Triple H: Do I need to say anymore? This guys was awesome as a heel, be it the Celebral Assasin, The Game or Evolution. He had memorable feuds with Steve Austin, HBK, Orton, The Rock and many more; and gained massive heat from the crowd. Making HHH heel would really benefit WWE.

MVP: Stale as a face. MVP was a great heel with an actual interesting gimmick. Nowadays people don't even know the reason for the name"MVP".

Christian: I know this is almost impossible but PLEASE bring back Christian's original "Captain Charisma" gimmick. He was great as a heel, cut awesome promos and was called "Captain Charisma" for a reason. Making him heel would also give him a push to the World Title.

John Morrison: One word "Be Jealous!".

I think the problem at the moment is that we have way too many faces and nowhere near enough heels but here are my thoughts.

Face to Heel This was an easy one for me, Big Show. I mean, who cares about him at the moment on SD? At least when hes a monster heel you can do something with him. At the moment he kind of feuding with S.E.S but thats about it. Turn him heel and getting him destroying the little guys for a while and build him back up.

Heel to Face Truth is, I dont really want to turn anyone, as I have already said, I dont think we have enough heels as it is. But if I had to choose, I would go for Dolph Ziggler, hes doing ok at the moment but Im not sure how much of the heat he recieves is actually his own. Lets see a big turn from him and use the momentum to propell him up a couple of levels.

On a side note, I can think of two turns I would love to see reversed. First is Randy Orton, the guy is a heel and a brilliant one at that, hes simply not a face. His current title run would be much more interesting and watchable if it was as a heel. Second is The Great Kahli, now I am aware that this guy sucks and sucks bad, but at least when he was a killer monster heel he was getting some kind of reaction from the crowd, as a face he gets nothing, he's a legit giant and gets no response at all. Heres an idea, how about a heel team of Big Show and Kahli moving between brands destroying whoever they want, at least that would be interesting to watch!

Christian is academic as he is out long term... chances are he will come back as a heel anyway...

I think the one person I would turn is DH Smith... put him with Regal as his heel manager... who shows him his "real heritage", the strong UK style his dad and Regal learned... that the Harts only told him half the story and he goes from face to heel in a second and has a great and interesting story to take into his feud with Tyson and beyond...

Heel to face: Sheamus, have him dominate cleanly for once, he definitely has the potential to be a top face and top heel either way. Whens the last time he won with a solid 123?

Face to heel: Mark Henry &MVP

I would turn Chris Masters heel. When he was a heel back in 2005, he was great. He was bold, cocky, and arrogant. Those are all the things that a heel needs to succeed in the wrestling industry. Also if you remember, back in 2005, Masters was in the main event scene for a period of time. He was also in a pretty good feud with Shawn Michaels. Despite failing drug tests twice, I think that since he is clean now, he can prove to be a legitimate threat once again. Much like what he was back in 2005.

I would also turn MVP heel. He certainly has lost a lot of steam since turning face. Sure, he only turned face because of that losing streak he had, but since then he has become boring, and bland. As a heel, he was the "Better Than You" type heel. Something that we really dont see all that often anymore. He was able to get reactions better as a heel than a face. MVP used to once be looked at as a future star in the WWE, now he's lucky if he wins any title. Turning him heel will once again give him that edge that he needs to thrive on in the WWE.

Oh God please no. HHH is so boring as a heel and Evolution was horrible. At least when Nexus outnumbers people and beats them down it's entertaining.

Ted DiBiase.

With a little effort on WWE's part, this guy could bring back an entertaining pure baby face. Babyface's don't go out looking for trouble and always talk about competition, they fight as a last resort and they fight for something.

DiBiase has the size and natural babyface look to pull off a throwback babyface. You make him friends with other babyfaces and smaller guys, develop the relationship, and then work from there. Eventually someone goes too far with Dibiase's buddy and Ted steps in and is like "pick on someone your own size, *******."

Kofi Kingston....

WWE has nothing for him right now except for Dolph Ziggler and the IC title. Kofi has held US, IC and tag team gold as a face and I think if WWE wanted to push him after the Undertakers future title reign ends, thats the way to do it.
