I think a take on the character Blade would tie in with some brilliant storylines.
If you want a fresh feud for Taker or Kane etc then why not have a bad-ass vampire killer go after them. Yes, Taker and Kane aren't vampires and I doubt we'll see Gangrel (debateable) or Kevin Thorn come back to the WWE roster again with the same gimmicks... but a slight character tweak on this Blade rip-off (for example making him a mythlogical-being hunter) should be able to lead to some great feuding.
Another suggestion is, The Man With No Name from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Clint Eastwood played a badass cowboy, and can you imagine the epicness of having such a mysterious character riding out to the ring on a horse locking in a steely gaze against his opponent and dominating matches showing no remorse whatsoever... all while wearing a cape and a cowboy hat?
