If You Could Create A Stable...

1. Who would be in it?
Tyson Kidd, Trent Barreta, Yoshi Tatsu and Drew Mcintyre

2. How would you book/sell them?
I would book them in singles matches against Main Eventers/Upper Midcarders. I would then have a couple of them attack their stable members opponent during the matches, then they would talk about how they're sick off being losers, and they wan title matches. or they will attack the WWE headquarters.

What's their story or gimmick? They are so sick of being on superstars, and losing matches etc etc, and they just want some success. They will get success by Co-operation with WWE, or they will use force

The Cult of Personality (Face Stable)

Leader – CM Punk (Duh!!)

Leader – Daniel Bryan (the irony, but hey, he’s working on it)

Mid-Carder – Cody Rhodes (after this feud with Booker T., Cody sees the error of his ways and tries to live the way his father once did in the NWA…or something like that)

Mid-Carder – Zack Ryder (WWWYKI!!)

Tag Team – Air Boom (A Stable needs a Tag Team. A Face Stable needs a Face Tag Team, you do that math)

Diva – Beth Phoenix (She and CM Punk reveal their off-air relationship, following the footsteps of Randy and Elizabeth, Hunter and Stephanie, Edge and Lita (or Vickie), Undertaker and Michelle…okay, 3 out of 4)

CM Punk decides to make things interesting. Usually, Stables are unified Heels who face a one, two or even group of “individual” Faces. What better way to make things very interesting than having a strong dominating Stable of Faces.

Brothers of Samoa

Leader: leakee (FCW)
Tag team: usos
Muscle: camacho (huncio dude/hakus son)
Diva: tamina

Possibly to create an even more powerhouse stable id say bring in either rikishi or superfly to manage them.

I have always loved stables whose single purpose was to defend the WWE or World champion, whether they minions "realize it" or not. Evolution worked so well when Batista and Orton served to protect the Game. I even liked JBL's cabinet when they saved the title from changing hands on multiple occasions. I think it works to get popularity on younger guys, and build up heat for the main event star.

If I could create a stable, Wade Barrett would act as the team leader. He's a big guy, extremely charismatic, and has proven that he's the type of heel to use minions to ultimately get what he wants. The "power" of the team, though Barrett doesn't seem to need it, would go to Big Show. He then serves as the enforcer AND the veteran talent. Barrett could easily appeal to Show's dark side, and force him to go heel. COnvince him that he's done it all in the business, but he's never helped a younger, gifted star become the best. He offers show the opportunity to make his mark as not just a Superstar, but they guy who got Barrett to the top of the mountain. Simple enough, and it could yield a face turn and potential title reign for Show going into his retirement, if that's the way they went with it.

Barrett and Big Show could make a great Superstar/Enforcer combo, but since we're going for stable here, I'd like to throw in a younger talent that is struggling. I would either go with Drew McIntyre or Ted DiBiase. Barrett could appeal to the fact that neither seems to accomplish anything, and they need Barrett to get to the top. If they go with McIntyre there's potential for a UK feud once they dumped Big Show. I also wouldn't mind seeing Tyler Rekks get involved at some point.
