If WWE was to be bankrupt, which 5 wrestlers would TNA Sign?

TNA should go for stars but not necessarily the currenty faces of WWE as they are already having a hard enough time trying to create their own identity and build toward the future. These definitely wouldnt be who they picked, but its who i'd like to see at least.

1. CM Punk - his wrestling style would fit in perfectly with TNA.

2. Bryan Danielson/Daneil Bryan - his edginess is exactly what TNA wants but currently don't have.

3. Jack Swagger - Kurt Angle would help elivate him to the next level with incredible matches.

AND since TNA is so big on their tag team division and because you can only have but so many people fighting for the heavy weight title....

4. Reunite Edge and Christian and bring them in together, they would solidify themselves as one of the best tag teams ever.

5. Bring in Miz and Morrison, although they would probably split up shortly.

Love it - a real sneeky way to get 7 top stars for the price of 5

One thing though - while I'd love Bryan Danielson to come over, TNA does have a ready made BD of their own - given the shoddy booking involving Desmond Wolfe/ Nigel Maguinness since his initial run with Angle ended... not exactly brain surgery Vinnie Ru

 

[The Encore]

1. John Cena - He would get them so much merchandise sales and I don't think that they would have the tendancy to make him "Super Cena" but have him be more of a High Carder
who would hold the World Title once in a while. Kinda like HHH within the last two years.

2. CM Punk - He would be an amazing addition to the X-Division especially if he is allowed to have his full move set once again.

3. Christian - The return of the instant classic, enough said. How cool would that be?

4. Kofi Kingston - A fan favourite who can put on good matches and it over with the kids.

5. R Truth - Simply because he was a former TNA World Champion and was a big dog back in his TNA days. Let alone he still has 5-6 years left in him.

Honorable Mentions:
MIZ MIZ MIZ MIZ MIZ MIZ MIZ.... other than that.
If this were to happen TNA would recruit about half of the WWE Roster within about 2 years. With some big money makers off the bat TNA would become a national show and not just in the impact zone. They would become The Next WWE... they would get rid of guy's like Abyss,Sting,Nash. Those Older Guy's incorporating the newer WWE guy's would be hard. Especially to get them on screen with a legit original idea. TNA would eventually over a span of a year have to make a second show to fit everyone in the company. Haha pretty much have there own RAW and Smackdown with the likes of Mixed Rosters.
