I Need To Voice My Dislike For Ziggler

What the hell? He made Curtis Axel look like something more than pure shit and he's the one that is crap? For god sake.

He had an ok match with Axel. That puts Ziggler on the same level as everybody Axel has faced since he became IC Champ.

It's not like Axel is a bad worker. He's just the most blah worker in wrestling today.

No, no.. I don't remember ever a crowd giving two shits about him winning or losing something. Yesterday, they were pissed. Ziggler is charismatic and he's passionate which makes a good babyface, also overselling is his "thing" so that makes him different. I don't care how much you guys hate him in this board - the guy is not overrated or underrated, everyone knows his value. He's a good all around worker, so he deserved the opportunities he got and will get again in the future - just needs the right direction to show it.

Jericho knows how to plan a great wrestling match. But he is short, lacks a certain charisma, ok worker....overrated by IWC marks

I'm trying to be fair. Neither Jericho nor Ziggler are real legends...I Always saw Ziggler as a guy with a tremendous talent for excecuting moves and taking bumps but his voice and look was always a problem. I don't see Jericho as a talent on that level but Jericho always had the understading of wrestling and how to put on a good match and that was what kept him afloat.

You've called Ziggler one of the top 3 workers (:lmao:) and said Jericho was just ok. Someone doesn't know what "work" means. I'm not a Jericho nut hugger, but get a fucking grip. They aren't in the same league.

Just look at Jericho....he is short little guy. It doesn't matter that he was on Dancing with the stars...Vince couldn't care less. Fandango got the big push...not Jericho.....WWF/WWE Always saw Jericho as the jabroni jobber. The same thing with the wrestling fans...it's just the IWC people who mark out for him....

and I praised his understanding of wrestling but you can't beat the odds in wrestling if you're a little short guy with little charisma. You know I'm right. He was never the guy

Axel obviously. I'm pretty sure Ziggler has probably the biggest reaction of the year yet.

Wasn't that the smarkiest crowd this year as well. Also Del Rio sucks. I'm fairly sure they would've cheered for Hornswoggle had he cashed in on Del Rio

Don't get me wrong I like Ziggler, but looking at it with hindsight he hasn't really kept his ball rolling

Despite the fact that just about everything you've said here is incorrect, none of it pertains to what I said to you. Did you have a stroke or something"?

Does any of the things you said actually makes my point invalid? No. The fact of the matter is that people care for Dolph Ziggler, proof of that is the fact that he isn't doing shit and still getting pretty big reactions. Nobody is saying Ziggler is the next big thing, or should be WWE Champion or whatever, but he deserves every bit of success he had. He is a good asset for any company, he looks good when he has to and he makes other look good, don't see any problem in that for any uppercard. Last example is Daniel Bryan, that only has the "YES" chants that are way more over than him right now.

I agree that Ziggler is an asset. I believe he belongs on the show but who has he made look good?

Everyone that steps in the ring with him. Hell he made Brodus Clay look like something more than a paraplegic elephant. Wrestling is a two way street and Ziggler has way to many solid matches to be a problem to work with.

I'm just saying smarky crowds tend to give jaded responses.

I'm not saying Ziggler isn't an asset, he is. It's just since losing the WHC he hasn't done much and he hasn't really shown any significant reason to be placed back in that spot. Don't get me wrong he's a solid worker but the way some people act you'd think he's a bonafide main eventer (which he isn't at this point in time)

Ziggler largely fails to make anyone look good, even himself. He flops about like a fish out of water and people call it "great selling" and he has some pretty awful offence. While not quite a charisma vacuum, he signally lacks charisma despite his gimmick being a show off.

While not quite as bad as he once was, he still requires a far more capable talent than he to lead him to a decent level match.

This thread is confusing me. Don't we like smarky crowds? Isn't it fun when the crowd is loud and cares about what's happening? What type of crowd would you have preferred Dolph Ziggler to cash in his briefcase in front of?

Yeah, Ziggler is average. But I suppose when mostly everyone else around you is either average as well, or boring as shit, it makes you stand out a little. Must be the image.

And to the person that called him one of the best workers in the company.... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: He's not even Top 5.

I like hot crowds. Smarks tend to be wrong a lot and try to make the experience about them and their needs to be part of the show. Ideally a crowd is hot organically, not because some smarks want to be part of a hot crowd or invent their own catch phrase or make the next SCSA. Hell, I'd imagine some smarks think Vince is going to notice that they invented a new chant and Vince is going to make them head of creative.

I guess we have a differing opinion on what we value from performers. When I see Ziggler get beat down I notice Ziggler and how ridiculous he looks, not the other guy he is trying to make look good. I will give him credit (and I didn't watch Raw last night), Ziggler has seemed to tone down the flopping lately.
