I am finally done with law school

I'd like to thank those of you on here who knew about my chosen career path; your indifference played a significant part in my staying the course and finishing.

FYI, I will be going to Hawaii the last week of this month as a celebration of sorts. I am pretty sure I will be having the greatest sex of my life as my better half attempts to get pregnant now that we'll be financially secure...something tells me though that I'll rue this vacation in the years to come as my wife morphs into a pleasure-denying, maternal monster. Better make the most of it, yeah?

DO NOT, I fucking mean this. DO NOT take a single fucking pebble of lava from any island you visit. Check your shoes and bags before leaving that place. I'm not into all that hoodoo shit, but my grandfather was in Hawaii duing ww2, and was warned not to take lava. His friends did two out of the three died later that year.

My friend jake's brother was also stationed there, and he lived there for almost a year. Its the truth, they were both warned. Like if you use boots, or shoes check over the bottom treads and knock out any stones you see with a knife.

Other than that, plow the Mrs., drink some drinks, soak up the sun. And find a pineapple farm, if you like pineapple, and eat a fresh slice of it. God I hope to do that some day.

I do have a law firm lined up, they don't know I like pro wrestling, and that's the way I intend to keep it. I went to school to study tax law and I'll be advising corporate clients on state and local tax law in Virginia. I'll be taking the VA bar in July. Eventually I'd like to move into international tax law but that is quite a few years away. As far as I know (the wife booked the vacation) we'll be spending the entire trip on Big Island.

Congrats. My wife started in SALT and was doing International Tax work until she changed jobs recently although this is from an accounting background.

She worked in salt? I do go through a lot of sea salt, about half a pound a month. I use it to soak my ears twice a day. Sea salt is so damn expensive around here. Not that food grade garbage, like legit sea salt is like 15 dollars a pound at my local farmers market... Does she know any good sea salt places?
