How should Christian Return?

I believe that his return is very close reasoning is the Rumble. How did Edge win and who won the Rumble.

So my question is just as it states how should Christian return?

Should he attack Alberto Del Rio and cost him his mania title match?

Should he go after Del Rio and cause Edge to get pissed at him which leads to triple threat?

Should he return at Mania and cost Del Rio the match?

Should he not even Return to Smack Down due to trade or something?

Which do you think is best and why.

Well he'll have to go against Del Rio since he was the one who "put him out", unless he turns heel against Edge or something.

should be a face Christian vs a Heel Edge. Edge comes out claiming to have beaten every main event calibur Wrestler on Smackdown, and since he isn't going to Raw, he is just going to do some little job match to defend the world championship and take the rest of the month off..

Cue Christian's Theme.

Christian comes out and reminds Edge that he was once ECW World Champion, which makes him Main event calibur, and Edge never really faced Christian as a champion to a challenger so... He Marques it, The Rated R World Champion vs Captain Charisma!

If they have a money in the bank match at 'Mania, I'd like to see him return as a surprise entrant and win, then go after Edge. Imagine a huge feud between them running up to a TLC match at Summerslam, Where Christian could finally win. If this happens, he'd have to win MitB but have a match against Del Rio at Extreme Rules, just to settle their feud.

Rather see Christian return to TNA. A big fish in a little pond, I'd rather see him back with AJ, and have some creative control with it. Esp with the Karen Ang/Jar thing going. Even Tomko,,, if he can get in shape..WWE, guess its a good paycheck and it was nice tosee Edge do a Killswitch on the PPV was nice, and the little bones they have been thrown him. At least let him do his TNA character in WWe. It would do a hell of a lot or him.

His comeback should involve Edge. I think he should either come back at Wrestlemania and cost Edge the belt or he should come back at Wrestlemania and save Edge at the last second, allowing Edge to retain the title.

Maybe something like Del Rio has got that submission move on Edge but somehow ref gets "distracted" or knocked out either by Del Rio's ring announcer or someone else and then Christian comes out of the crowd, hits his finisher on Del Rio then Edge pins him.

If they wanted to they could then have Edge spear Christian.

He should return as the biggest heel he's ever been, I really hate seeing face Christian. But I dont feel that he should be in a feud with Edge straight away, he would be better off against Mysterio, or a strong fan favourite. Any wrestler who attacks Mysterio gets monster heat almost instantly. Heel Christian FTW.

If you want a heel Christian v face Edge feud over the belt... it's the only way... but it also works for Miz/Morrison... one of the two will do this at WM...

1) it doesnt look like there will be a mitb match at mania.
2) Christian wont return in time for mania as far as the most recent reports go.

So i think he comes back when hes healthy feuds with del rio over the title del rio eventually wins (unfortunately) hopefully wins it for the first of his well deserving career.
But, i doubt that he'll come out on the mic and say hes gona teach del rio a lesson and del rio will beat cc in a non title match, more than likely

I think that it would be best if Christian returns on the night after Mania. Edge walks out of WrestleMania as the champion and claims that he has beaten everyone there was to beat on Smackdown. And on the cue out comes Christian to challenge Edge and have one last shot at glory.

Alternatively you could have Del Rio win the belt from Edge at Mania and do a post match beatdown on him where he totally destroys Edge's arm. Edge goes off TV for a well deserved rest and Christian comes in to feud with Del Rio on the night after Mania. This could also lead to Edge coming back and screwing Christian out of a title match against Del Rio and turning heel by saying that he could not watch Christian winning he belt that is rightfully his. That leads to Christian vs Del Rio vs Edge at Summerslam with Christian finally winning the title.

Bottomline is that Christian should be brought back in this feud as he has issues with both Edge as well as Del Rio. He could add something to this feud, in other words a storyline which is more that just the Rumble winner challenging the World Champion. The storyline would get more personal with Christian's involvement.

How would you do it?

Christian obviously needs to get into the Main Event since right now there isnt much superstars up there and Edge's career is starting to wind down.Plus Christian still has beef with ADR.

I would put it as Edge wins at WM and in the MITB the Rock announces his favourite superstar is back and is in the MITB and Christian Returns and wins it.Afterwards Edge and Christian reunite and have all their gigs and have ADR win the title rematch against Edge at the PPV after WM27.Then straight after have Christian cash in and win the title and having a triple threat between Edge, Christian and ADR at the next PPV with Christian retaining to cement his status as main event and complete his return.

The only thing I can think of right now if Christian was to return anytime soon and go down memory lane with E & C, the potential of the promo's they could have with Vickie Guerrero if Mania turns out to be Ziggles v Edge v Del Rio.

First time poster here... What I would like to see is the following - I'm apologizing in advance if RAW is a spoiler.

Wrestlemania: Dolph Ziggler retains the title in a triple threat match (Edge Vs Del Rio Vs Ziggler) having successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber.

Extreme Rules: We get Edge Vs Dolph Ziggler in what is booked as a "If Edge loses he doesn't get another championship opportunity whilst Ziggler is champion" match. The Big Show screws Edge out of the championship -- this could also happen at Wrestlemania.

Over the Limit: Edge Vs Big Show -- Chris Jericho returns and helps Big Show defeat Edge.

The following night on RAW -- JeriShow win the WWE Tag-Team Titles

Smackdown -- Edge demands an opportunity to win the titles and get his revenge on JeriShow. JeriShow come out and mock Edge saying that to have a title match he needs a tag-team partner. Over the next few weeks we get teasers of who Edge's partner will be.

Fatal 4-Way: JeriShow Vs Edge & Mystery Partner -- the mystery partner is revealed as being Christian. They win the titles from JeriShow.

JeriShow and E&C feud for several months over the titles. They promote the tag-team division while saving on the wear and tear of the four vets.

Had Wrestlemania XXVIII been in Toronto rather than Miami I would have had it culminate with Christian winning the Royal Rumble and Edge winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber -- but it can still be done if Edge wants to retire next year. Edge comes out to open RAW the night after winning the WHC and calls out Christian. He says that it's going to be a very special Wrestlemania. Edge will retain the WHC and Christian will become the WWE champion. Christian tells Edge to wait - what if he were to challenge him for the WHC? Edge mocks Christian, laughs and says that Christian can't beat him, he could never beat him. The two start arguing about it. Edge then says that he is so certain that Christian couldn't beat him that he's willing to not only put the title on the line but his career. Christian tells him that he's on. Christian defeats Edge to become the WHC (for the first time in his career) while Edge's career is over.

What do we get out of this scenario playing out?

- An improved tag-team division. If one or two teams can get the E&C and JeriShow rub it would do wonders for the tag-team division
- Christian finally winning the big one
- The perfect way for Edge to retire

I really liked the storyline Christian had with Matt Hardy before he got injured. They were both doing the Jeff Hardy story of never being at the top even after so many years at the company. He could use that and be thrown into the tittle scene as a filler match for a heel champion. If Del Rio wins the title at Mania, Christian would be a good choice to feed to Del Rio for his maiden reign. Alternatively, I would like to see Christian chasing tag team gold. Maybe a tag team with Big Show to help him against the Corre.

Christian enters MITB to a big face pop and wins. Fans love his return and win.

Edge vs Del Rio match: ref is down, Christian comes in and costs Del rio the match. After the match E and C celebrate.

Then the oldest and BEST trick in the book. Christian turns on Edge with a chair shot to the head (ya I know I'm dreaming so fuck off), unprettier on the chair to show he's a real prick of a heel. Then he cashes in the MITB and covers Edge with one foot to win. Brilliant!

To all you people who want a clean Christian win for his first Championship I say piss off and keep dreaming. He is a natural heel and this would put him over the top. A great heel can win every match by cheating but still put on a great match and be legitimate. Christian fits this to a T. Bring back Tomko and even Trish to really give Christian a solid run. Not necessary but it would be entertaining. He worked great with both of them.

I can almost guarantee this will NOT happen but it would be great for the product post Mania. Edge vs Christian will appeal to older fans and also capture the interest of new and younger fans. I was in the building at Break Down in Hamilton, Ontario...which for you American readers is in Canada. Christian debuted to cost Edge a match against Owen Hart. Funny how Christian, an undersized, under utilized, under appreciated and talented Canadian helped another one win that night eh?. I have always hoped Christian gets the shot he deserves.

WWE don't see Christian as a "draw". Which is ******ed as he made TNA watchable for three freakin' years. I mean, my God. He left and TNA became nothing but people blading, old men wrestling, scrawney fucks doing monkey flips and Jerseyshore rip-offs.

If Christian returns and enters a feud with Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship he won't win it. I don't think he'll return in time for Mania, they've too many returns(Undertaker, Triple H, The Rock).

Maybe for Extreme Rules it could be Edge Vs Christian Vs Del Rio. I wouldn't even say he'd win that, but It'd be nice to see him in the World Championship picture.

If it, somehow, becomes Edge Vs Christian at Extreme Rules. I can see Christian winning. Edge would have had the Championship too long, and Edge has been a transitional Champion for the better part of the last two years.

I am really hoping that he comes back to have a match with Edge. I along with other wrestling fans that i know have been really wanting to see this happen, its a real shame that Vinny Mc and other people with backstage power dont want this match to happen.

I would prefer to see Christian come back and interfere at WM, costing Del Rio the Match. The next night, have Edge come out and tell Christian thanks, but I didnt need your help. Starting a fued between them for the belt. That way you can have a Heel Edge vs Face Christian.

WRESTLEMANIA RETURN comes down to the ring during del rio and edge distraction to del rio setting edge up for the spear, he misses and goes straight into christian with it, turns around and straight into del rio's finisher taps out..... christian goes in the ring both fuming at what just happened and A great rivalry begins.

I would prefer to see Christian competing at Mania in MITB or in the match with Alberto Del Rio. But assuming reports regarding Christian's injuries are true (and I'm guessing they are) and he doesn't make it back in time for Mania, I'd love to see him put in a revenge angle against Del Rio. The seeds for a good feud have already been planted. After seeing Del Rio win the Rumble, I wouldn't be surprised to see him win the title at the big event. In the case that it happens, I can see Christian being put in the world title picture competing for said title against Del Rio at some point after Mania. He most likely won't win the title but it should make for good television, in my view. Both can go in the ring and can work the mic very well. It would be intriguing at the very least.

This depends on a lot of things...

The Corre begin to dominate SD, beginning with Big Show, move on to Rey and start to target all SD main event talent ending with Edge having revealed themselves as Teddy Long's attackers and costed him the WHC...the four of them have him cornered in the ring and then BANG! Christian's music (best in WWE btw) hits, he comes down clears the ring. Leads to Steel Cage tag match at Extreme Rules with the return of E & C...perhaps give them the Tag Straps to give the belts credibility. We have Edge in a rematch for WHC against Del Rio/Ziggler come fatal 4 way with Christian in a Fatal Four Way match for WHC no. 1 contendership...fued ensues, and the two have a mind blowing TLC match at Summerslam.
