I thought the same thing at first but it turns out it's actually pretty accurate.

After I wrote the test, I wrote down all of the words that I know. Exactly 45,556.

I know lots of strange words, I don't necessarily know how to inject them into conversation though. Then again, I'm sure I might be a little faulty on some of those definitions, so I might want to sit down and REALLY think about the test while doing it.
